Elite Indoor Air

We reopened our church to (modified) in-person worship last year; and keeping our members safe was paramount. In addition to masking and distancing protocols, we knew we needed to be proactive in our sanitation efforts. In our research and in speaking with other churches in the community, we were introduced to Damian at Elite Indoor Air. He was very professional and patient in answering the questions we posed; and we eventually got to a point where we were comfortable investing in 4 of the Surface&Air Pro purifiers. We did have one unit fail about 6 months in, but Damian was onsite within days replacing it and ensuring the others were okay. Whether it's a car, your home A/C, or your laptop......electronic and mechanical "things" fail and from time to time they do so prematurely. When this happens, it is assuring to know that you aren't left with buyer's remorse trying to fend for yourself. Customer service is key in creating trust in your business/services, and Damian get's it! Professional. Supportive. Responsive.

Damian was very professional coming into my restaurant! He explained all of the details pertaining to his air purification machine.
