IT WENT GREAT, IT WAS DONE IN 2 DAYS & IT LOOKED FLAWLESS. THE WORKERS DID A GREAT JOB. 11 WINDOWS ALSO GOT FINISHING TOO. THE PROJECT MANAGER WAS ON THE JOB TOO MAKING SURE THE WORK WAS GETTING DONE.

A crew of 10 showed up at 7:30 am on the scheduled date of 6/22/17. A number of the crew appeared to be college and high school age (good work ethic for their summer job). The crew was fast and efficient and was completely done with the whole job by 11:30 am. They did a good job of cleaning up. I questioned a few discrepancies with the roof which Exterior Pros was quick to resolve to my satisfaction.

An overall great experience. Mario and his crew showed up at 7:30am sharp and began work immediately. Rob the project manager was on hand to answer questions with knowledge and experience. Everything was covered up with tarp or boards, so nothing took on any damage. Four on the roof and one on the ground (to pick up debris as it fell off the roof during tear down) made for a very efficient crew (and the music was great as well). The new material showed up right on time and by 5pm the new roof (27 squares) was installed including a new ridge vent that was cut into the garage's roof. Exceeded my expectations.

I gave them my deposit after signing a contract and was told they needed to come back for final measurements. It has now been over a month. I finally emailed them and they are coming next week to take care of the measurements. I had used them before for the same property and they did a wonderful job. I am disappointed that someone dropped the ball this time with taking care of me in a timely matter.

Salesperson, Rocky was responsive and easy to deal with. He was knowledgeable about windows and explained options well. Installers were efficient. Carl knew what he was doing and kept us informed. He engaged us in discussions regarding installation options. Everyone kept to the schedule they described. We choose windows with the sash at 1/3 of the height of the window (as opposed to in the middle) and etched glass. Not all providers offered these. Turned out nice. I did not get many other quotes so I don't really know if better deals were available, but we felt we got a good deal.

Everything went well from sales through installation. The price was competitive with other quotes I got for comparable materials. The workmanship looks good from what I can see on a 2 story home. The crew was on time and moved quickly, cleaning as they go along. They were professional and courteous while doing the installation. When all is said & done, I feel we got an excellent quality roof and installation for a fair price, without any damage or mess left behind. I will call Exterior Pros again when I need any other exterior work on our home.

Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. Carl, the sales rep, did a great job of showing us the various roofing options and providing us details on the products to help us to make our final decision. Installation went very well. The old roofs were torn off and new ones put on all on the same day. The installers did a GREAT job of cleaning up after the job was complete. The gutters were installed two days later and that went well also. Great company to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

Exterior Pros just replaced ALL my house windows-in February-and I am very pleased. It will be great to have no more drafts in winter and the ability to open all my windows as desired in summer. I needed my kitchen on the third day of the project so asked them to start there. Well, to my surprise, the kitchen windows were replaced by 10:30 and all the inside window work for the whole house was done by the end of the day! We wanted to save as much of our 1940s wood as possible and they made that happen. The new windows look great with the wood. Shawn did a great job matching the old stain and repairing 70 years of damage to the window sills. We had a great crew with Carl, Shawn, and Andy. Everyone knew their tasks, they anticipated each others' needs and helped one another cheerfully. Carl, especially, was a master and met every challenge with a smile and a beautiful outcome and worked so hard and long in the cold I wanted to send him home to warm up! In the last days of the project the crew did all the outside work. The results are beautiful! As they worked they cleaned and the house and yard looked great during the entire project. Even our neighbors commented on the efficiency of the crew and the overall beauty of the project. We are now considering additional work to make the rest of the house match the new windows and would not hesitate to hire Exterior Pros again.

We have been working with Exterior Pros since we purchased our home over four years ago.  They have replaced our roof, gutters, doors and siding since then.  We have been extremely pleased with their work and this is the reason we continue to do business with them.  The workers are prompt and professional and do a good job keeping the work area clean.  Prompt responses from the office with much professionalism.  Fair prices and good quality material.  I really like the warranties that come with their work!!

I graded them a B overall because it took so long for the order to come in and the work wasn't finished until August. The work done was good, so I would possibly use them again if needed.

After getting multiple estimates for our roof project, we decided to go with Exterior Pros, LLC. They offered the most competitive quote, and David Fuhlbright's salesmanship was thorough, yet not high pressure. We signed the work order in mid-April, knowing it would be 6-8 weeks before they would be able to schedule the project. David estimated it would be a one-day project. We did request they get the project done 1) before June 1st or after June 23rd to accommodate some travel plans, and 2) on a Tues/Thurs to ensure one of us was home while they were here. They were able to accommodate both requests, and we were notified that the roofing team would be out on Tues, May 31st. Being the day after Memorial Day, we were returning to town that very day, and were not present for most of the work. There were scattered showers that day, and we found the team working on the the shingle replacement under a tarp, on our roof, when we got back to town. To make a long story short, the majority of the actual roof replacement was completed on May 31st. However, the finishing work was poor. We made several calls to Exterior Pros to have these items addressed. This included: replacing the W valleys on the front of the house due to bent flashing; having new flashing tacked over the old flashing on the sides of the rear dormer to ensure clean lines instead of bent metal; another crew to come out and take out the attic fan that they failed to do on May 31st; 3 days with a dumpster full of shingles in our driveway and another crew to fix the landscaping that was torn up by said dumpster; replacement of 2 downspouts and paint touch up to the gutters that were scratched during the project; and another trip out to cover gaps at the top of the dormer flashing where there was still exposed siding. In the end, a one-day project took nearly 6 weeks of phone calls and follow up before it was fixed. We are happy to be done with this project. It looks acceptable. However, we will not be using Exterior Pros in the future due to the lack of attention to detail and less-than-ideal follow up on their part.

It went very smoothly. The crew worked 11+ hours in sweltering heat to get a good chunk of the work completed the first day. They came back for 4+ hours the next day, again in the sweltering heat, to finish the job! And it looks awesome!

The job went very well. Punctual, fast and efficient. House looks great after removal of cedar siding that was over 25 years old. Salesman helped us pick out the colors that turned out great.

It went great. They hit a few snags drilling the footings because of some large rocks and went the extra mile to make it work. Then when building the screened in deck it self they came up with several enhancement ideas that were excellent added touches that didn't cost us anything extra. Like adding a decorative shelf just above the screen which looks great and we could use for decorations.

In several instances they came up with a couple of different option ideas and then let us decide exactly how we preferred it.

Thye had excellent workmanship as you could tell they took pride in their work. You can tell when they make sure everything is perfectly square and plumb.

We are so excited about our new room and look forward to enjoying it for years to come.

We've done roof, gutters, the screened in deck that required new roof lines to be built and interfacing with existing roof lines. All of which was done expertly. We highly recommend them. In fact we already have neighbor using them as well.

They provided a service I was not expecting by moving all my furniture and replacing it when the project was finished. They worked with my budget and had the project completed in a timely manner.
