Exterior Pros did a complete tear down and replacement of my roof. The process leading up to the job was very straightforward. The team was exceptionally responsive to any questions that I had come up. They articulated my options very well. In my situation, my home owners insurance was involved. Exterior Pros helped me navigate through working with them. The completion of the work was pretty smooth. They were in and out in two days. They handled the cleanup.

Initial meeting went great. Customer representative was knowledgeable and friendly. Due to volume of business in the area due to storm damage, Christopher Rivera called to insure us that he was running late & would let us know when he was on his way & he was true to his word. The crew supervisor was at our home at 6:45 am & work started promptly at 7am. They were friendly & happy bunch of guys. They were very conscious of plants & bushes around the house. Once the roof was complete, you would never had known they were here. Every piece of paper & roofing nail was cleaned up. Exceptional job! 5 stars!

Excellent service. Very responsive. Started the job at the time requested and provided accurate updates. Answered all my questions. Job site was cleaned and several people checked all the work. They conducted timely follow up making sure I was happy with the finished product. The office staff was thorough and made sure I understood the entire process.

Excellent experience! Sales rep knowledgeable and thorough with explanations, pricing and warranty info with detailed, verbal and written follow-up from office staff. Installers were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Would definitely hire again!

Everything was awesome. From the start of the job to the finish everything went smooth. The quality of work by the hard working crews was excellent. Sales rep was knowledgeable but was NOT pushy. The work crew arrived on time and began work immediately. The crew of 7 was very efficient, responded quickly and courteously to any question or concern that was raised. All work completed in 2 days. They took pride in their work and did a nice job of cleanup. Would recommend that you inquire abut the different types of siding that Exterior Pros has to offer. We went with an upgrade and are very pleased with the result.

We had roof damage from a hail storm in April. Jay came to the house and asked if we would like a free inspection to check for damage. I have to admit, I was skeptical at first but thought, what the heck? It turned out that we did indeed have sufficient damage to both our home roof and our garage roof. Jay helped walk me thru the process of contacting our insurance company to get one of their guys out to go thru the damages with Jay. The whole process was smooth. We picked out our new shingles and then waited for an appointment. I'm not going to lie, it took several weeks for them to come out. That said, they were SUPER busy with other homes. I just sent Jay a text message and BAM I received a call from the office (Laura I believe her name is) and we scheduled a date that was good for us. The roofing team came over a few minutes before the start time of 7am. Great crew! All very nice, professional and fast! With a lunch break, they were completely done by shortly after 3pm the same day and this included cleaning everything up! We are very happy with the results and definitely recommend Exterior Pros for roofing.

Total transformation with the windows! They brighten up the rooms and the patio door is beautiful!! We didn't know how happy new windows could make us feel. Everything from scheduling to install to completion went very smooth. Minimal disruption. Great communication. Clean.

We're delighted with the workmanship and care taking by the owner to make sure that we were happy with the installation. The installers were great and the work was completed in a day. They were very good about answering all of our questions. We had concerns over a cosmetic issue which the owner, Doug Hibl, promptly took care of it personally. Doug was extremely personable and communicative. He wanted us to be happy with the shower. We were, however, disappointed in the failure of our salesman to do any sort of follow up including not bringing initial paper work that was due to us. We never saw or heard from him again which was the primary reason we did not put in a second shower. However, on the positive side, it freed up money for a new kitchen. The girls in the office were great ! The owner was on top of everything. The shower looks fantastic, and we are so glad that we did it.

It went as good as a person could hope. From Jay (the inspector/coordinator), the work crew, to the office personnel. They were all very helpful and accommodating, making sure the project fit my needs/desires. This project will definitely help in the resale of my home- AWESOME job!

The crew was awesome. They did it in one day. They took the old roof off and replaced it with new roof. The products they used are top notch

Highly recommend Exterior Pros for any house work. We had some roof damage. They came on site to inspect the damages and worked directly with my insurance. When it came to the repair and new roof installation they were fantastic. Very professional. Had the roof don’t in a day. I will be hiring in them again in the future to work my siding and windows as well. Having them look at my bathroom remodel as well. A+

My boyfriend and I hired the company to replace 3 broken windows. However, the salesman came in and talked my boyfriend into redoing 2 big windows that didn't need to be replaced. The company came really quickly to look at the job and pushed for the signing of the contract the same day. We paid the initial third to get the windows made. However, we were quoted an insulation time period of 6-8 weeks to get the windows installed. I called about 2 weeks after the contract was signed and tried to cancel the two windows we didn't need but the company refused. The company called and wants to install the windows. However, I'm not sure I want them to. It may be better to take the financial hit and not have the windows installed. Instead, I fixed the cracks myself on the three windows for $20 and one hour of my time. The company doesn't return calls quickly and it takes weeks for service.

I tried to get a quote from Exterior Pros to install storm doors on the back of our house. When I talked to the salesman he insisted that my wife be present when he came to quote the job. I explained to him that this was not necessary for a storm door installation. He was very persistent & became argumentative when I did not agree. I had to hang up on him to stop the discussion. Since then they have been calling every day without leaving a message.

NOT DEPENDABLE! I called and scheduled a visit with Exterior Pros. They came to my house, quoted my project and then set up a second appointment for us to review/sign a contract but didnt

Company is very responsive to all my concerns and requests, arrived on time to install the window, and spent a lot of time to get it right. It was dead of winter, but it still got done very well, with no mess left behind. This would be a FIVE start rating, with my only criticism being the work they did on staining the frame. They did no better on stain than I could have done myself. These were installers, not painters, and it showed. I would have preferred a pro painter to perform this work

It was done quickly make sure you get your final inspection of course and if anything goes wrong they are very quick to respond to fixing the problem for you
