It was done very quickly with little delay. It was also less expensive than they originally quoted.

I had a and quot;service engine soonand quot; light on and my car would occassionally die at stop signs. I had brought my car into 3 other shops in the past month for the same problem. I was not very optimistic, but the technician found the problem within a couple hours and they had me back on the road that afternoon. I have not had any more problems in the past 3 weeks! Hurray!
The waiting room was very nice. There was cappucino, coffee, and soda provided for FREE.
The shop also offered a free loaner vehicle to run my errands.
These guys are awesome!

We knew our vehicle was leaking fluid. We suspected power steering fluid since it was low and our car made weird noises when we turned the wheel. We brought it to Five Star and they said it was the hoses leading to the fuel pump. They fixed it, and we are pleased with how well they did.
We recently switched to them after a bad experience with our previous auto service center. The service is excellent there. Sometimes they are a little slower than they say they will be, but usually not by much. The prices are lower than most other places, but they recently opened. They have also been honest to us so far.
