We are currently renting from this management company, and I am hoping by putting this review out here that it will save at least one person from the things we have had to go through in just the short time we have been living here. We have had nothing but issues since before we moved in and it has been nothing short of harassment by this company and how they handle their complaints.Before we move to this property I did see the negative complaints on Yahoo but chose to ignore them because we had to find a place quickly due to the unforeseen situation we were in. Before we even moved in one of the utilities that I had to setup started our service early and had the wrong address, so the neighbor with that address ended up getting our mail, I had called 2 times trying to fix this but after the third piece she recieved she wrote a short message on our mail that was rude and acted like we had total control over this and went to complain to the management co. who in turn emailed me telling me to take care of it, I replied that I had done this twice and nothing more I could do and then we get to move day, the neighbor across from us who shared our entry way had their vehilces parked right in front of these walk ways, with having to move our stuff in we had asked if they could politely ask them not to park there so we could have access to our front door, well they stop parking there over the weekend and then returned to parking in fromt of the walkway again so when I made mention of in passing andthe comapany took it upon themselves to contact them again, which prompted the neighbors to leave a nasty letter on our door. Next I get an email with a pile and I emphasize one pile of dog poop in a picture telling me how I need to pick up my dogs waste. Really couldn't believe that they would feel the need to harass someone over a missed pile during the winter months with extreme cold, when right across the yard the downstair unit had a sea of poop in their back yard, yet we were the bad guys??? Now we have yet another neighbor complaining they are hearing a dog bark and have decided to make claims that it is our unit, no proof and from the sound of it out right exaggeration on there part as they are claiming it non stop, really!!! Really!! this is the 2nd time they tried to pin this on our unit and the first time I know for a fact it was not us as I was home sick with my dog when they complained so it was not us and I have lived in duplexes or condos for a number of years with no complaints in reference to this so I am pretty confident that it not us. I tried to explain this to this company and she has chosen to not investgate but to just point fingers. She is rude, arrogant and treats you like you less of a human because you rent. Seriously, I am currently a home owner and have been for almost 30 years, I am renting because we are not ready to buy in the area yet. I can count on one hand the number of times I have actually taken the time to write a complaint. This business needs to close its doors, it's definately not shining a positive light on anyone including Ownerswho are renting their property through her and she will never get repeat business with how she treats potential customers/Renters. Stay very clear of this company unless you like grief and drama.
Description of Work: This company is a leasing company and the initial fee was for the lease application, but it's the quality and professionalism of this company that causes me great concern.

The renting of the property went well,Kris was present for the signing of the lease and made sure all the documents were read and signed by my husband and I. The house was relatively clean when we moved in,the oven had not been cleaned under and behind the fridge was disgusting and the downstairs bathrrom tile needed to be scrubbed,nothing too major and I didn't complain at the time(big mistake).The problems started when we would call them to contact land owner for problems with the property,it took at least two days to get back to us regarding he issue. Then my husband got a job out of state,and we had to try to get out of the lease. They were less than helpful,it took them 10 days to put up a rental sign in front of the home or to advertise the home. I did show the property when there were interested party(as they wanted to charge me 50.00 per showing which is outrageous). The property did not rent before we moved out. Then the problems began,they stated they rented the property on June 28th,and charged us from the 1st to the 28th. I had family members that saw people moving in around June 17th. The copy of the lease that I requested from them for the new parties also had the leased signed by the rental company on the 17th,however the signature of the person leasing the home was whited out,resigned and dated the 28th of June(hmmm,seems fishy). Then we got to the "repairs" that needed to be made after we moved out. I had spilled some wax on the cement in front of the fireplace( I should have cleaned it,granted but I completely forgot about it),and there were two scuff marks on the wall where furniture had rubbed against it. Imagaine my surprise when I got a bill from the rental company for 1100.00 for repairs. They stated the wax "embeded" into the concrete and the concrete had to be removed and replaced. The scuff marks had to be repaired by the repairman going back 3 times to prime paint and texterize. I do have to say that the oven was clean ans was the bathroom and under the fridge when I left. I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone,they take advantage of people and make outrageous "repairs" to make sure they get extra money as well as the dishonesty about the new tenants.
