Flooring
I own a couple of duxplexes and dislike replacing the carpeting. I found Homeworks Restoration and occassionally I have him tear out the carpet and install laminate or bamboo flooring. I've had him install ceramic tile in a front hallway as well in a kitchen. I have natural hard wood floors in another unit and he sanded them down, stained them and also did a coat of polyurethane. He has done quite a few small fixes around my units as well. There is still more carpet to come out. I've been very satified with his work, he will have more floors to do in the future.
