The glasses were terrible. I cannot wear them. They negatively affect all aspects of my live, cannot walk (dizzy) cannot drive, read, watch TV (double vision) eat (nausea) and they have a no refund, no exchanges policy. B B B has many negative reviews. I wish I had checked there first. After going through more than a few hoops, I was able to get a copy of my prescription. The woman at the desk is rude, shouting at us, pulling open file drawers and papers while screaming, "Do you see any computers around here? We have PAPER WORK!" She was a hot mess. The man "in charge " was also rude, patronizing, and condescending. He demanded that I continue to wear the new glasses even when I told him about the effects. He seems certain that it is my fault the glasses are causing me such distress. I
