Provider was professional and did the work quickly efficiently and cleanly.  He came when expected and was responsive to the customer.

He did a fine job, arriving on time, finished on time and willing took on the little extra job.  He charged an extra $40 for thin wall conduit and the time to troubleshoot me other problem.  A very fair price.
I will use him again and I recommend him for other work.

We purchased the deal for $19.99 service call/diagnosis. The appointment was made at a time that was convenient for us. The service man arrived on time. The problem was diagnosed and fixed in about 20 minutes. The cost to fixed the broken wire was $36.

Went very well. Snow storm postponed service a day but everything went well when they did come. Fan looks great and price was exactly as they estimated.

The socket was faulty in a 20 year-old yard light.  Sudduth Electric diagnosed the problem, found the rare part and replaced it promptly.  Communication was clear and prompt.  I felt the price was fair.

There is only one word to describe Josh of Sudduth Electric, "AWESOME".  He did a great job of fixing the violations at super reasonable price.  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS COMPANY.

Josh and Bret were great to work with.  We had an idea of where we wanted the new outlets to go, but they were very accommodating as we changed our minds - and even added more outlets than originally planned.  They were friendly, knowledgeable and didn't mind me asking questions along the way.  I would HIGHLY recommend this company.  The next time we need electrical work done, they will definitely get a call from us!

They worked out great. I had a lot of questions and they answered the questions. They were very professional. There wasn't anything I disliked about them.

The electrician was punctual.  He looked at the 3 outlets and knew what needed to be done.  This was a $99.00 special for 2 hours plus materials offered and paid for in November 2014.  Unfortunately, as I am disabled I had several procedures conducted that did not allow me to cancel in time to get reimbursed.  With that said, in February I was finally able to schedule.  The only 2 issues I had - $99.00 for 2 hours of service.  It took all but 2 minutes to know what was needed.  The electrician went back in his truck to get the materials.  He replaced and updated where it was needed.  But he was in his truck for 20 minutes after his 2 minute review of what was needed.  When he came back in he fixed 2 of the outlets - one behind the refrigerator and one behind the television.  He had to go back to his truck for another 10 + minutes or longer because he forgot the replacement outlet plate in the bathroom.  He came back in and said he did not have one.  By this time it was 1 hour and 30 minutes.  He said he would get the replacement plate and replace it for no charge.  I paid for 2 hours of service plus materials.  Approximately 30 minutes or longer he was in his truck.  I received about 1 hour in service.   Then I had to pay for the materials (minus the plate to replace in the bathroom).  Even though it was suppose to be a special, it turned out to be full cost with materials.  My overall rating is based on the length of time it took in the truck to find the parts needed when it was described in detail over the phone - either the truck was unorganized or........   When he actually did the work it was extremely courteous, pleasant, professional, efficient, timely, and the work was done correct.  He returned quickly with the plate to replace in the bathroom.  I would recommend Sudduth Electrical again but it will not be a special.  It will be full cost.

Josh and his team were professional and very knowledgeable. They will continue to be our go to electricians for any future jobs.

Josh communicated everything. I sent him a copy of the home inspection so he knew where to go since I am not on site. Priced everything before doing the work and called once done. Very professional and very thorough. I would definitely have them work again on any electrical that would need to be done.

The contractor was early (big surprise) and he was extremely professional and worked diligently to get it done and to keep me informed the entire time.  I was impressed with this company from the initial contact with the owner to the gentleman that helped me out!
