They charged me twice as much as my previous cleaners in Cleveland. I have patronized dry cleaners in far more expensive cities than Oshkosh, but Stannard has been the most expensive. Equal to a luxury hotel overnight rate. In addition, they mixed up my order and originally brought me the wrong clothes.

The alterations was the worst experience I have ever had. The lady (not downtown) was rude and did a horrible job. The suits were all too long, too small of a waist and too big of a chest. I had to take them elsewhere to be done correctly. I told the owners (?) and they said to take them back..but I am not about to trust them with $2500 worth of suits again. The dry cleaning is fair to okay, It is pricey but the only 1-hour service in all of WI I think. They don't follow your instructions for starching and they don't return the bag you dropped off :(
I now use a slower pick-up service in a different town that is professional on spot on.
