Tires Plus

Not good. After the tire rotation the "technician" forgot to tighten the lug nuts on one of the wheels. This happened to me once before at this location. Both times I was able to catch the problem before it did any damage. I should have known better than to return after I had problems the first time, but I thought I'd give them another chance. I don't get it. Are computers and smart phones so prevalent in the workforce today that people can't count up to "four"?

I purchase my tires online and have them shipped and installed at Tires Plus. They called me when the tire showed up and cruised right in and it was done real fast.

The staff at Tires Plus was superb. I elected to stay and wait for the tires to be replaced. They kept me updated on how long it would take, how much longer there was to go and made it a very comfortable experience. Their price was great and the service was completed quickly and correctly. My car has a bit of a complicated tire pressure monitoring system as well as extra sensors for traction control inside the hub that most cars don't. They were able to handle this and have my car running perfectly.
