Mr. Reimer and his staff were very professional, not only in the work they did but also in the manner in which they did it. They were very polite and responsive to any request. I was most impressed at the way in which they made every effort to protect the landscaping and were meticulous in cleaning up as the work proceeded. It is without reservation that I recommend this company for anyone wishing to replace or repair a roof.

Reimer had great communication skills in explaining the job and the process of putting the new roof on. Their price was right with no hidden cost . It was priced out with no short cuts just to bring the price down just to get the bid. Their price met quality roofing standards and it was reasonable. They had skilled labors perform the task. and they work very hard at the task at hand. The finish product was excellent. I could tell in my observation of them working that they took great pride in their workmanship. They were extra careful not to damage anything. They protected all window and vegetation. They even removed my solar lights not to damage them. They took pride in the clean up. I felt that they wanted to do excellent work and wanted me to be satisfied customer. I would highly recommend them to do you new roof.

Very responsive from the get go, including to emails (I value that). Very professional, thorough and helpful. Price was competitive. Warranty terms are more favorable than other providers. Clean up was perfect. Roof looks great.

We started by contacting Kelly in winter, we had lots of questions over a period of a month or so and he was very good about answering them. Occasionally we had a slight wait for a reply, but it wasn't a concern to us. We had three estimates. At times it was hard to compare them but we chose Reimer because Kelly was very specific about what he thought should be addressed and he had a fair price as well. Once it was warm enough to start work he was on the job and I can't say enough about his crew. They kept me informed and I felt very comfortable with their quality of work. We ran into some surprises on the job in the form of rotten window sills and a sunroom wall that had been deteriorating under the previous siding. Kelly thought the prior siding job had covered over problems rather than addressing them. We thought the price to fix these problems was fair. We are thrilled with our new siding and our neighbors can't say enough about the new look either. We would use Reimer again.

They had an entire crew to come out and do the work. They took about a week or so to get everything finished. The owners came out several times and was very accommodating, elaborating on any questions we had and explaining everything that was being done.

In 2days the team at Reimer Roofing removed my existing roof and gutters, replaced boards and a section of siding. The job started and completed on schedule. The job site was as clean at the end of day 1 as it was at the completion of the project. Both days the crew used a magnetic rake to pickup roofing nails in the grass.Crew was polite, calling out to pause work 'homeowner needs to enter' "exit" 'I will consider Reimer for future remodeling projects.

I called them and left three messages, and they never got back with me. You were hoping to get more information on this deal, and I was prepared to hire them. I would not hire them now, and have found someone else.

I would use them for other stuff too. They were on time and punctual and he paid attention to detail. There wasn't any kind of stuff left in our yard.

The company was responsive (its internal communications could be a bit better) in planning for the service to be provided and in scheduling to have it done. Once the project began, the crew worked effectively and efficiently, completing its work within the week we were told it would take (even though one work day was cancelled by rain and others interrupted). It was impressive to see the project unfolding and we are very pleased by how the completed project looks. The workers carefully cleaned up each day and were cooperative and accommodating with any special requests we had. The cost of the project was in line with the special deal posted on Angie's List (for siding alone) and the cost for the trim was reasonable. The company returned after the completion of the project to attend to some details and has promised a lifetime warranty on its materials and work. We are at this point pleased with our choosing to work with Reimer Roofing and Remodeling and would recommend the company to others.

Reimer Roofing was very valuable in resolving two major issues we were experiencing with our home. They came and diagnosed the problems and quickly defined and implemented solutions that have worked where others had tried and failed. The replaced and painted rotted wood sophets and installed a new gutter and water diverter to resolve drainage issues on the back of our home. They were courteous in understanding our concerns. They communicated well and their work was professionally done with high quality for a very reasonable price.

I did not receive a single call back to any messages left or emails submitted on their own website.

Kelly Reimer, the company owner, came to my house to give me an estimate of the work to be done. It was snowing quite hard at the time, but Kelly still got up on the roof to take measurements! Kelly provided me with an estimate, and a few weeks later he stopped by with shingle samples so that I could pick out a color. The job was scheduled for the week prior to Easter, depending upon the weather. Kelly let me know in advance that a dumpster would be dropped off the day before the job started, and even asked me which side of the driveway I'd like the dumpster placed on. On the day of the job, the crew showed up and got right to work placing protective tarps on the ground around my house to catch any nails or other debris that may fall. The crew were all very personable and respectful of my property. Anything I wanted, they were happy to do, such as cleaning up nails that had fallen through the rafters into my garage, or putting a little extra caulk in certain areas, or extending the length of a downspout. The crew did an excellent job of cleaning up every bit of debris that may have found its way to my lawn and flower beds. There was one glitch: after the job was finished and the crew had left, I noticed that my bathroom exhaust fan vent had been shingled over. I contacted Kelly, and he sent some of the crew over the next day to remedy the problem. A new vent was installed and Kelly came over personally to inspect the work. Kelly was not 100% satisfied with the work, so sent his foreman and another worker over a few days later to reinstall the fan vent. Kelly again came over and gave everything a final inspection. I cannot say enough good things about the level of service provided by Reimer Roofing: outstanding, meticulous, personable, professional, need I go on? Kelly was an absolute joy to work with. No high pressure sales, and honest as the day is long. Now that the whole job is finished, I kinda miss having Kelly stop by with his sidekick, Cooper the Roofing Dog!! Love my new roof, gutters and gutter guards!

Went great. Scheduling, job, and follow-up were all outstanding. Would definitely recommend them, and would call them to do other remodeling on the house.

These folks were really great. Very easy to work with. Kept me informed through the whole process. Showed up in the morning and by the time I got home from work, the two existing layers of roofing had been removed, a new roof had been installed and all of the mess was gone! Haven't found a single nail so they did a great job of cleaning up afterword. I talked with a couple of my neighbors who were watching the work being done and they were very impressed with the attention to detail from the workers. I'd highly recommend these folks for your roofing job!

We ended up going with another provider--but I would consider using them on another project.

Overall, the quality of the work itself was quite good, especially with the picture window reframing and sheet metal work, which turned out beautifully. Cleanup was not as good, as I'm still finding old nails, paint chips, foam scraps, etc. in the yard as the snow is melting. During the course of the project, my yard was a complete mess. As for the price, even at $10,400, it was a good value due to the extent of the work done, and competitive with estimates (as high as $14K) from other contractors. I am giving Reimer a "C" rating because this was an average experience... they met my expectations, but did not exceed them, and they did an overall quality job, but not without issues and disappointments. The original cost estimate, however, was ridiculously unrealistic, and the responsibility for that lies not only with Reimer, but Angie's List. It was their "Big Deal" package that left out a lot of work that any responsible contractor would have included. I will certainly not be purchasing any more "Big Deal's" in the future, and this experience has led me to question Angie's List itself, and whether it is all it claims to be. I will not be renewing my membership.

Todd called back and made an appointment to review the project, and he was on time, Unfortunatly I didn't hear him knock ane he left his card. I called and asked if I had written the appointment down wrong, and he said he had been here and left his card. Not his fault mine, He made a new appointment and we connected on time. We walked thru the project and he took notes and answered any questions about how/what and what ever I had. Was very nice to work with. A few days later he emailed me an estimate, and we decided to go with it. They scheduled a day and time and were prompt and extremely courteous as the project proceeded. They stripped the wood siding off, made some recommendations about the transition between the rear porch and the house, and made the modifications at no additional cost. Todd was always willing to answer my questions, and I must say I leaned a lot from him. As we went along, I made a few changes, among them adding in the patio door, we had decided to replace a couple of the upper windows with new frames because of looks and sizes, and when we went to get the two other windows for the upper bedroom that I had stored in my garage planning to install them myself at some time, we found that racoons had damaged them, so I had him provide new replacement windows. This delayed the finishing up by a few days, but they came back in a morning and replaced those.. They cleaned up well each day, and left no debris around for the duration. The upstairs dormers had been covered with asphalt shingles when we moved in, they tore off 4 layers of shingles and sided it to match the house. The workers were very pleasant and understanding to work with. This was a big job and they did it well, were always very polite and professional about their work, and they attended to any concerns I had very positively. Also they were very attentive to details I would recommend them to anyone, BUT if you call them be sure to call the right Reimer Roofing and siding --- There are two others in the Milwaukee area, and I have heard they are not as responsive and people that called the others gave Todd and his crew "F" marks which I don't think is right!

We saw the deal on Angie's List for the new roof, so we called the company to see what any extras would amount to. We scheduled a time for them to come out and provide an estimate for us. They never showed. And upon attempting to reach them to reschedule or find out why they never showed, no on answers the phone (multiple times) and has not returned our phone calls (nearly 3 weeks later).

Kelly was very professional and timely in getting me a bid for this project. I wanted to accomplished it as soon as possible so we could remove the remainder of the two chimneys ourselves. He had a crew at my house in one day!! His crew was polite and professional and did outstanding work...even with sub zero temperatures! I would recommend Reimer Roofing & Remodeling without hesitation.

They came out to give an estimate on residing our house due to hail damage. The estimate was very reasonable and competitive. They broke down the estimate into different options for us. Unfortunately, our insurance company was being difficult and we had to go with a different vendor.

The estimate was for $14,000. I found someone else to do the work at a lower rate. He was very nice , but it was a question of budgeting so I went with someone who had a lower cost.
