Setting up the account was very easy and we could start using it right away for the home upgrades we are making.

My husband goes there every two weeks. They are very helpful and treat you like a person. They haven’t let somebody take $9,000 on a checking account or be chased.

What a nightmare! First I was told I could open an account on line. After completing info on line and submitting proof of id on line I was told the documents had to be presented at a cu branch. My wife traveled to the area and presented passport and another document and was told all was in order. I was contacted a few days later and told I had to present myself in person to open accounts. When I finally made the trip a month later to a branch I explained the situation to the local Asst Branch Manager and she apologized and after about an hour said everything was in order and I could access the account on line. A couple of days later I accompanied my wife to another branch (we are still trying to learn our way around town) and dealt with the only person who seemed genuinely interested in assisting us. He opened an account for my wife and made sure all was in order before we left the office. He also reviewed my account to make sure all was in order and called a branch that had flagged my account to clear obstacles to my using the account. Saturday I tried to access the account only to discover I could not. I callled the CU, the branches to fond service is not available on weekends after normal hours Monday when I called the unfriendly quay system routed my to a service rep who didn't listen to my explanation of my problems the first or second time, but after several more tries agreed to help me gain access to my account.
Later in the morning the rep who had assisted my wife called saying he had seen our number on his missed call log and he he called to see if we needed any help. . He was the only person I dealt with who seemed genuinely interested in helping the CU's customers.

I have used several locations Hartland, Oconomowoc,and New Berlin throughout the years, all have good staff. Also got a auto loan from them back in 2004 and that was a good experience.

It was easy as could be! They’ve been handling our checking and savings accounts for years. They’ve been wonderful and I would never consider going back to a bank.

I had a lot of credit card debt that I wanted to pay off with a line of credit. I assumed that they would advise me on the best way to satisfy my debt. Instead of referring me to a credit counselor they financed the entire debt on the line of credit. A credit counselor could have reduced the amount of debt and have taken a smaller lump sum payment. I have been banking with them for thirty years andf I expect better advice.

I WAS DISPLEASED WITH THE LANDMARK REP THAT WORKED WITH US. HE KEPT CHANGING HIS STORY ON WHAT PAPERWORK WOULD BE REQUIRED FOR THE LOAN. SECOND, HE STATED THAT AN AIR QUALITY TEST WOULDN'T BE NEEDED AFTER THE PREVIOUS OWNERS REMOVED A SMALL AMOUNT OF POSSIBLE ASBESTOS FROM THE BASEMENT. THEN, HE BLAMED US FOR HIS MISTAKE, AND REQUIRED THE AIR QUALITY TEST THUS DELAYING OUR CLOSING BY MONTHS. THOUGH THE NO CLOSING COST WAS NICE.

THE COMMUNICATION PROCESS WAS GOOD UP FRONT BUT THEN LIMITED TOWARD CLOSING. THE CLOSING PROCESS WAS FAIRLY EASY AS WE WERE REQUIRED TO HAVE A NEW ACCOUNT TO GET A MORTGAGE WHICH CAN BE FRUSTRATING.
