I was very please with the technician's work.  He explained what he did
and also explained how to adjust the garage door opener.   After he
left I had a small problem with the electric eye.  Since I was leaving
on vacation in two days, he rearranged his schedule so he could come out
the next day and adjust the sensor.    I had used J Wilde in the past and have always been satisfied.   I would highly recommend them

I was very satisfied because it was repaired quickly and I feel like it was a thorough repair.   My brother and several friends had referred me to Wilde and I'm very glad that I called them.

Service tech arrived on time, was friendly. Worked fast. Educated us on what he was doing. Assessed the condition of the entire garage door assembly and advice us on how to take care of it and extend its life. Well done. Recommended!

The technician RK (sorry didn't get his name) showed up at 11:15 (time frame was 11-2). Completed his work within 45 mins. Very courteous. He even lubricated the door rollers going the extra mile.

The technician was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He realized another company had incorrectly set the open when they installed it, causing our issues. The repairs were made, and the door works great.

It the end,no complaints. I'm gladly changing the previous F grade to straight A's

I called on a Saturday, after they were closed for day.  They responded in a timely manner (30 minutes)  That they would be out within the hour.  This was a Saturday (right before Christmas)

The price was good.  They were really honest about exactly what we needed.  They just provided excellent service.

Arrived in the window of time promised.  Quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem.  Fully explained the repairs when finished.

Totally happy with the repairs, service, communication, and schedule provided by Joe Wilde. Mike went above and beyond to make sure my door was not only repaired correctly but made adjustments to the door opener as well. And then he took a look at and did a quick maintenance job on to my other garage door opener. As usual Joe Wide came through. (I've had these guys here for repairs in the past too.)  Would definitely call Joe Wilde again for service.

I had been having trouble with our automatic garage door opener.  To be specific, the safety beam that prevents the door from closing if an object is in the way was being tripped by bright sunlight even when there was nothing in the way. I called Joe Wilde to replace the whole unit because it  had some years on it and a new one wasn't a huge investment.  When the service man came out to put the unit in, he suggested that just the sensors be replaced.  It turned out to be a lot more reasonable for the sensors than I had thought, so I had that done.  He also lubricated the track and also the door (we had originally purchased it from them) while he was at it.  The unit is working perfectly and I ended up spending $131 rather than 3 to 4 hundred for a new one. Color me happy.

Fantastic experience from start to end.  Very prompt in responding to initial inquiry.  Answered all of my questions, and provided a quote immediately.  Installer was very professional and even went above and beyond what I asked for.  I would definitely use them again.

It was very easy to make an appointment.  The technician called me to let me know he was near my house and it was around the time promised.  He evaluated the repair, gave me an estimate, and performed the repair within an hour.  The technician was polite and explained everything in easy - to - understand language.  It was a very good experience.

Called Wilde because door wouldn't open without over riding a system. They came out the next morning, right on time. Didn't have the parts, said they would return the next day and fix the door. Gave me an estimate for the work. Again the next morning they were here right on time. Even though they gave a two-hour appointment window, they were here at the earliest part of the window each day.
Technician was cheerful, polite and efficient. The repair was successful and the Wilde man showed me a few procedures to use in cold weather (automatic doors can be affected by severe changes in temperatures), demonstrated the door, showing balance and giving me a refresher course on manual operation. 
The final price was over $40 LESS than estimated. 
I have used Wilde before and will use them again. I wouldn't bother with anyone else.

Found Joe Wilde on Angie's List, called to get estimate and set up appointment. We were serviced within two days. Price was very reasonable and representatives were very friendly and helpful.

He arrived on time. Was totally professional. Knew exactly what needed to be done. He made sure my opener and door were working perfectly. Even though my opener is 21 years old, he did not try to talk into a new one. Joe Wilde is a very honest company.
