Great! Called Tues late afternoon and explained what I needed. They arrived Wedn morning at 9am.

Technician was able to arrive early and called for approval. Inspected door explained needed service, answered questions and performed work. In addition he performed maintenance to door and opener and explained now to performed (and when) maintenance to improve performance and prolong life of the equipment.

Mike worked in the cold- Great job-explained all procedures to me.

Very knowledgeable technician described all his conclusions and repairs, & gave additional recommendations of maintaining its operation. VERY courteous and focused, getting the job done under an hour. Fee was well worth it. Have used this company in the past for other repairs. Highly recommended. I intend to use this company for my new OHD purchase in the near future.

Service was quick and professional. Technician also made adjustments to springs to prevent future occurrences.

The spring and cables on our garage door broke and I was unable to open the door to get my car out.  I called Joe Wilde Co. at approximately 11am to see if they could come out same day to fix it.  They didn't have anyone available until the next afternoon so we scheduled it.  Less than a half hour later, they called back saying they had a cancellation and they could send someone out that afternoon.  The tech came and replaced the spring and cable and also greased the rollers and opener track.  He also adjusted the limits on the opener.  The work was great and the tech was vary thorough and professional.

The woman who answered the phone was very courteous and when I told her my problem with the garage door she was able to have a serviceman at my house within an hour.  The serviceman was very knowledgeable and explained how to prevent this from happening again.  He gave me options to use the garage door like it is or replace the entire automatic door operation without any pressure to do the most expensive choice.  I can't thank Joe Wilde Co. and its employees enough.

The service guy was friendly and was able to get the job done. I never did get a clear explanation as to why their door opener stopped working after less than 2 years. However he was critical of the original installer's workmanship and replaced all of the wires, sensor, and sensor receiver that had originally been installed, and charged me for those new parts. He said he was going to call the office to see if he could give me a break on the price since it was relatively new and he didn't like how it was installed last time, but I still ended up paying full price. So I'm left with lingering questions of why it went bad in the first place, will it happen again since I don't know what caused the problem in the first place, and was it really necessary for me to buy new installation parts. When I had set up the appointment I had also asked for an additional remote control. It was on the work order but I didn't receive it. Since I had to pay about $150 to them to get the opener working, it was already more than I had budgeted for so I didn't even bother to remind him that I had wanted to buy an additional remote. Nice guy though, and he seemed to be very knowledgeable. Still, we're happy that the garage door opener works again and will call them again if we need more work done in the future.

The garage door wasn't design. He came quickly & determined the problem immediately. He adjusted it, was friendly & said it was under warranty.

We had this company come out in July 2016 to tune up our garage door to make sure it was in running order especially for cold weather to come. They came and did a tune up which went well. We started having trouble with the door at the end of Sept, 2016. We called the company again to come out to check what was going on. They said they had to tune up the garage door motor and I was charged again. Apparently when you ask them to check your garage door and tune it up the motor isn't included. I was very disappointed. The worker doing the tune up on the motor was very nice and very professional. He gave us a few tips on how to look for problems and maintain the garage door.

Mike was on time and called to let me know he was on his way. The job took about an hour and he cleaned up after himself. I thought the price was fair.

They came when scheduled, polite, professional. Took care of everything that was needed.

It was a great experience. The garage spring broke sometime overnight. They day could have started better but I was not able to open the garage in the morning to get to work. Since I had used their company to install my garage door opener a few years back as well as them having worked on my parents garage door years before, they were the first thing that came to mind. I called Joe Wilde shortly after 8am and they said they could have someone out in a few hours sometime between 1030-noon. I thought that's not too bad, I will be late for work but this needed to get handled. 20-25 minutes later I get a call from one of the repairmen (Mike) that he is on his way and will be there in 15 min. So, from phone call to appointment show it was under an hour. Mike made quick work of the spring, replaced one of the cables and oiled some of the moving parts. He explained everything that he did in a quick thorough demonstration and I was able to get to work shortly after 10am.  Great work guys! Thanks for saving my morning Joe Wilde!

Excellent, Tech called when on the way, arrived did the work and made sure everything was working properly great company to work with. Will recommend to everyone.

The repair was done the following day once we placed the call. They ever accommodated us with a morning appt as we had a shed door delivery in the afternoon which were to be stored in our garage.

Came home from Vacation.  Tried to open the garage door which went side ways and jammed.  Tried to adjust, could not, saw the broken cable.  Called Joe Wilde and asked if they could come out the following day as early as possible. They setup a morning appointment for 9:30 the following morning.  The service man showed up, evaluated the issue, and fixed the problem.  He also did general maintenance as is a common practice.  He did not mind my many questions while he worked and told me a few things I hadn't known.  I have used these guys on my last 2 houses and will use them again.
