Out of several companies I contacted, Scott was the only one that was willing to do a replacement on a cedar shake roof. He was responsive in coming out and giving an estimate and once I gave the green light to proceed he got the work done quickly. This was no small feat since this is an outdoor project in the middle of winter. Quality was good as well and to date no leaks seen. I would hire this company again.

Elite Exteriors replaced 22 windows in my home. The project went very smoothly. I liked the fact that Elite Exteriors gave it to me straight about the windows. They did not push one over the other. They do vinyl and fiberglass windows. They do wood interior and vinyl interior. They do it all. So their salesperson (Dave) just presented the goods and bads about each type of window and let me decide what was best for our home. We ended up choosing a Fiberglass frame window with a real wood interior. They were more expensive than vinyl, but also better quality. The install was done in 2 days. The staining took another 2 days. Elite did a bunch of other work for us as well. It was nice to schedule everything with the same company. It made scheduling a lot easier for us.

It went well no service was done yet just an estimate of cost.

The guys were exceptionally courteous and communicated with me along the way. Work was high quality and as discussed. I was even invited to observe when the problem was identified and after it was fixed. My input on the color of the flashing was welcome. It is never fun to need a repair, but I look forward to working the Elite on other projects in the future.

They had all the work completed in one week. It looks like a new house.

I was very happy with Elite Exteriors. I read a lot about HardiPlank siding and how picky the installation was. If it isn't installed correctly it could and more than likely will fail (from what I heard and read). The installers for Elite Exteriors were VERY knowledgeable. You could tell from the first day to the last day the installers knew exactly what they were doing. The owner of Elite Exteriors checked on the job 3 times during the 2 week installation which I was very happy about. When he walked around I walked with him. He looked over the work with his foreman and you could just tell that the foreman knew just as much as the owner (which is nice to observe, because the foreman is the one on site all day every day). The outbuilding is not even visible from the house so I just put vinyl siding on it. That was very easy. Elite did a great job on that building also. They had no problem doing HardiPlank and vinyl. Elite was very easy to work with.. I would recommend them. No extra charges. Invoice was exactly what the quote was. Happy customer!!

I purchased a new house in New Berlin and it needed quite a bit of work. I contacted 5 roofing contractors and only 3 actually got back to me and showed up for their appointment. The 3 roofing companies were all very professional and all had good insights. I ended up hiring Elite Exteriors for a few different reasons. Elite Exteriors had a comparable price, seemed the most experienced (Dave was great to work with), and were also able to do multiple projects for me (I am doing more than just my roof). Elite Exteriors came out to my home. They removed the old shingles and installed new shingles in 1 day. They had a GREAT extended warranty on their shingles per their manufacturer. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves. They were just fantastic from start to finish. They made the job seem easy. I highly recommend Elite Exteriors LLC for all your exterior needs. I look forward to working with them on windows and siding and insulation which is being done shortly.

I emailed Elite asking if they did vinyl siding as all their reviews only mention Hardie Board. The response said yes, so we arranged for Scott to come out and look at our project. The problem was that he wasn't listening to what we wanted. He was trying to sell us Hardie Board, even when we said we knew the product and had seen it and DID NOT WANT IT. He didn't have a lot to show us in the vinyl category even though that is specifically what we said we wanted. When he did send us a perfunctory and detail-free quote for vinyl (2 lines), the rest of the very long email was an extensive list of homes Elite had covered in Hardie Board that he encouraged us to go look at. Since they also claim to do attic insulation, we asked about that and were dismayed to discover that Scott wanted to blow insulation over the old, mouse-infested insulation rather than removing it first. So if you want Hardie Board, this company could do the job for you. It has a lot of experience but whether it is being installed correctly, as it has to be with this heavy manufactured cement siding (made for the West coast, which is why we were not keen to have it on our house in the freeze-and-thaw cycling Midwest), you'd have to discover somehow for yourself, as with all contractors. But the fact that we said upfront that we wanted vinyl siding, and then when we met Scott, reiterated that we wanted vinyl siding, he continued to try to sell us Hardie made us uninterested in having his company do any job for us. Because if your contractor doesn't listen to you at the very beginning, it is unlikely he is going to do so for the length of the job.

The entire process of removing our old patio door and installing the new one went very smooth. They arrived on time and the quality of work is second to none. The new patio door makes the house look so much better. I would highly recommend this company to any looking for a new patio door.

Elite Exteriors replaced our old double hung windows with new fiberglass replacement windows. The work was done on time and for the prices quoted to us. There were no hidden costs or delays. The service was very professional on all levels. The new windows are spectacular and the house looks great. They did a great job cleaning up after they were done as well. Could not be happier with our new windows.

Fairly smooth. Although on one roof it took longer because one of the crews did not show up . So the owner had to find another crew. But the work seems to be very high quality. And they were the best price with the very best warranty

The entire process was flawless. Their sub contractors were very efficient and hard working. I would not hesitate in the least to use their company again. The day after they were done they arrange pickup of the dumpster that was used and made sure the yard and driveway were cleaned up. They came early each day and also worked late. Great work ethic ended with a fantastic finished product.

Like most people I suppose, I wanted a high quality, good looking, energy efficicant door that didn't cost an arm and a leg. I worked with Scott. Scott listened to what I was looking for, I'm sure I wasn't using the correct verbage, but he understood what I was saying. After understanding what I what I wanted, I was provided with multiple options and combinations to choose from. I never new there were so many choices, I guess I never really paid attention to front doors like I do now. I narrowed it down to a couple of choices and Elite provided me with quotes for each one. I had gotten quotes from some of the other that advertise on the radio with fancy jingles and Elite was by far the most competitive price. After I selected the door that I wanted, they came out to take the measurements for the new door. The were very accomidating when it came time to schedule this. Elite submitted my order and communicated the expeced schedule. I received periodic updates as the expected arrival date came nearer. You can buy the most expense door in the world but if it isn't installed correclty, you just wasted your money. Elite sent out a two man crew and got started first thing in the morning. The crew was very professional, polite, clean and diligent when it came to the installation. They removed and hauled away the old door. They installed and insulated the new frame and made sure everything fit like it should. They also installed new hardward and made sure the locks and latches worked properly. I don't think they would have done anything differetly if they were working on thier own house. I believe my door installation was top notch. At the end of the day, a new front door is an investment in your home. I believe I received great value for the money I spent and I would not hesitate to use Elite Exteriors again nor would I hesiate to recommend them to family and friends.

They were courteous, conscientious and payed attention to my concerns and desires.  They cleaned up every night.  They worked hard every day and got the job done in good time.  It looks great and I have gotten many great comments from my neighbors.

Reasonable price and excellent work done. Scott did not attempt a 'high pressure' sell job - just the options and facts. We made a few revisions before the work began (reasonable) and were tickled pink at the end results.

From quote to clean-up, it all went well. Would highly recommend Elite for a new roof.

We were very satisfied. The bid was competitive. The workers arrived on schedule, did an efficient job (removing old roof, replacing rotted wood beneath it, and replaced the roof and vents. Cleanup was thorough, except for small pieces of clear plastic film we've found around the place. After the workers were gone, the boss came by to check on everything. All in all, a fine job and we would call them again.

Everyone we dealt with was extremely responsive and professional. Our yard was cleaned up beyond our expectations. We would definitely hire this company again!

I chose Elite Exteriors even though they were not the lowest bid for the job. I assumed I would get what I paid for. I was disappointed. The job was done in two phases. On the first day the old roof was removed and the new one installed. It was done well. I have no complaints. They showed up when they promised and cleaned up after. A couple of days later a crew came to replace some rotting fascia board (26 ft by the contract) and install aluminum cladding over the top of all the fascia. I happened to be home and was watching them work. They were in the process of cutting off just 2 or 3 feet of one rotting board when I questioned them. The person in charge of the crew said that was all they were going to do. I had to show them the contract to convince them to do it correctly. They took a break while one person went somewhere to pick up a new board. He came back with only one that was needed and they replaced half of what was called for. They then finished the part of covering the fascia with aluminum but the job is somewhat sloppy and does not fit well. I would not recommend them to anyone I know.

Overall, things went well and we are very satisfied. We had Hardie board siding and Beechworth windows installed. The quality of the products are great. We had a few bumps in the process such as our patio door not arriving on time and when it did arrive to Elite Exteriors it was damaged. We also had a problem with the staining of our windows. The person that stained our window trim was a bit sloppy. We were left with a significant amount stain on our walls. This was brought to Scott's attention and he addressed it immediately by sending the guy back to touch up our walls with matching paint. With these bumps in the process our project ended up taking much longer than anticipated. Our project started on July 5 and was not completely finished until the first week of September. Overall, Elite Exteriors did a good job and we would recommend them to others.

Scott and his crew did a great job updating the look of our house, we couldn't be more happy with how everything turned out. Scott provided his professional opinion on colors and options to help ease our indecisiveness. He also provided several houses from past jobs so we could see how everything would look as a finished product. Project took about a week to complete, and with any major remodel there will be issues. I was impressed with how quickly Scott responded and resolved everything to our satisfaction at no additional cost. We will be hiring Scott and Elite to do our windows as our next big project.

Overall excellent job. Crew was very efficient, clean and very competent. The new gutters are beautiful and were much better installed than the previous gutters on the house. We are very pleased with the job and would highly recommend Elite Exteriors.
