I liked the product! The quality of the installation and the product are very good! My only reservation with the company is that I would recommend the product but only if their office would be closer to here, Waukesha is pretty far away. For using their services, I got a window cleaner for free, for a year from them. The sales guy for this area said he would take care of making sure that I got it, but when I asked about this they said I had to drive up to get it from them. I asked if they could mail it and they said no; I also asked if I drove there if I could get the year's supply in one trip and they said no and that the sales guy that told me this was no longer with them. I would probably use them again, but they would have to give me the window cleaner up front.

Champion's service was first rate. We had an estimate done the year prior and they honored that quote when we were ready for the work to be done.
The installers were on time, professional and did not leave a mess inside or outside.
We did receive the wrong sliding glass door (should have had a grid and did not). Champion replaced that door in a timely fashion.
I did not calculate the exact percentage of energy savings since this work was done - however I can say that our heating and cooling costs have dropped significantly.
We had several quotes before making the decision to go with Champion and we could not be happier with our new windows.

The project went very well. It was done on time, and at the time that was promised. When I called about 2 weeks following completion because of an installation problem that came to light, they came out and fixed it without any hassle or extra cost.

Called during the heat wave we had in March of 2012 and scheduled the very next week for the install. They took 2 days to complete everything, and obviously, they really knew what they were doing to complete a two-story duplex in such time. I really appreciated the fact that there were NO hidden extras I had to pay to get a quality install. The haul-away and clean-up of said old windows was complete and thorough. I'm commin' back after I pay down the bill!!

The representative came out measured the patio and then explained the product and options. The lead time was between 4 to 7 weeks and the cover was received and installed within 5 five weeks. The installers were excellent and did a great job. We are very happy with the company, product and the job they did.

They came in and did a beautiful job! They hauled everything away. I don't have any complaints with them. Every one that works for them was friendly. They did a fantastic job. I have no complaints about their service. I would have them back anytime to work again.

Quote process was complete and professional. The install went smoothly however it did take longer than quoted and the crew stayed past dark to complete on both days. Overall the job was done very well. We had to call them back in to do some minor adjustments a few months later which they did promptly and professionally. The only complaint is that one window was leaking noticeable air during the winter, when we call for inspection it was found that there is some sort of internal seal that was supposed to be turned to a closed position, and was not. Looking at the rest of the windows, four more were found with the same condition. Make sure your installer double checks this. Had we not called and asked, it would have never found. Overall, I have used Champion on both my personal home and my rental property and would recommend them.

"At Champion we strive to complete all of our projects as quickly and smoothly as possible. The end of 2010 was a very hectic and very busy time for us. This was close to the end of the $1,500 Federal Tax Credit. All Champion customers (and window customers in general) all needed their projects completed by the end of the year to qualify. While there was a brief delay, and the daylight hours were shorter, the installation of this project was thorough & complete. Not only were our installation crews very busy, but so were our two factories. Champion Window Manufacturing and Supply Co. has been in business since 1953, as a manufacturer. Our Cincinnati and Denver factories literally ran 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to get our products to our customers in a timely manner. We currently have offices in 86 cities around the United States. We appreciate the kind words by this customer and we also are happy to hear that we would be recommended in the future. The service request mentioned in this report refers to the internal 'weep' or drainage system built into the Champion windows (most all high quality windows have something similar). They are good and clean. They got it done well. Actually, when the first time they came out, they put the door in the wrong side, so they had to come back and redo it. They came back pretty quickly to redo it. I would use them again in the future too.

We wanted to enclose a patio room and contacted champion. The sale rep went to the wrong address at first and when I called he was reluctant to come to the correct address. The sales representative finally came and promised to get back with a quote within two or three days. Three weeks later, we still have not heard of anything from them.

"We appreciate it when any/all homeowners contact Champion for a free estimate. We sent our staff to the address we were given as the homeowner's property address. After communicating with the prospect, we were given a new address. The Champion staff person went to the new address to find that they did not own that property. Our only requirement (for getting a written, free estimate) is that the property be owned by the people or person requesting the information. In fact, Champion is ready & willing to provide a free written proposal, even when only one homeowner is present. This particular project request was for a property that was unoccupied. The actual property owner was not present nor did THEY request any information from Champion. We are happy to provide a free written quote to any property owner, for THEIR property. They were totally awful. He wouldn't listen to what I wanted, and kept going ahead with what he wanted to do. He didn't even use a tape measure, and I couldn't wait for the guy to leave. He didn't bring any samples...it was like we were a waste of time to him.

We have been very happy with them so far. The installation went very quickly; it only took about half a day. They were much easier to work with than another company that we had come out. Their price was three or four hundred less than another company. It took awhile for them to come out; it was about five weeks.

I had a horrendous experience with them. They started the work last summer and it was supposed to be a two days job. They didn?t complete it until almost the end of October. Basically they didn?t come prepared to do their job. So every time they came, they came with windows that weren?t measured properly. They didn?t come with ladders that could get them up to the windows to install. They consistently came unprepared every single time until the final time which was 6 months after they started the work. Their customer service was horrible. I would not use them again.

"At Champion we strive to complete all of our projects as quickly and smoothly as possible. Unfortunately, situations can & will arise that cause delays. On this project, Champion and our customer did experience what we call "Human Error". Our staff mis-measured some of the windows and this did cause a considerable delay. The ladder issue was on a 3rd story window on the front of the home. This was more difficult than usual due to the short, but steep hill @ the front yard. We absolutely apologize to this customer for the delays this created. In fact, Champion and this customer agreed to a revision of the contract. Champion & the customer agreed to reduce the the total cost of the job by 5%. BTW, the completed project is beautiful. Champion also strives to correct any service issues as quickly as possible. After the windows were installed, the homeowners painted portions of the home and white paint was splashed on some of the completed exterior trim. Champion sent our staff back out and replaced the trim at no charge to this valued customer. If/when any Champion customer requests service we are happy to respond with our 'Lifetime Transferable Warranty' that covers all Material AND Labor. (See store for complete details). We've had Champion install windows in our home before. We were happy with the product and the installation on the previous job so we decided to go with them again. The windows took longer than expected to arrive. We called the office numerous times to see what was going on with our order. The products were installed in one day. Our installers were professional and courteous. They were careful to clean up all of their messes. However, we were unhappy with the installation of the storm door. A member of Champion's team came to look at it and said it had to be reinstalled. We waited three weeks for a part to come in so that the door could be reinstalled. We are very happy with the reinstall. Unfortunately we were disappointed that the whole process took so long. We ordered on April 23, 2009 and didn't have a completely finished job until September 2, 2009.

After getting 3 bids, we chose Champion because we felt the product was superior. The installation went well, on time and done professionally. The clean up was done well too. We later found one window sash that needed replacement due to the finish being slightly inferior. They made a new window and came and installed it with no problem. We did this job in fall and really enjoyed the winter, with no more drafts and no icing up windows. We are very happy with Champion.
