Great experience.. Windows came early. Installation team was very professional. Only a few problems that need to be corrected-some latches that stick and 2 screens need tightening. The company has already called to set up the appointment to fix the small issues. The small issues have turned into large issues. 8 of the double hung window have to be remanufactured. The sashes - both top and bottom in 8 windows need too be replaced. The windows are leaking cold air. I need a sweatshirt in the computer room and bathroom. Watching TV I am under a blanket. This is crazy. The new window sashes for the double hung windows will be ready in 4 or 5 weeks. When the company was here on March 4, 2009 I asked if the company was going to pay my February and March heating bills or the time I would need to take off work for the new installation and was told no.

The windows operate well, the siding looks good, the doors are gorgeous. The workers were careful, courteous, and prompt once the work started. I liked what they did so far and ordered more doors and windows because of this, plus the four-season room.

Products installed were not the quality shown in showroom. Therefore they're definitely over priced. Haven't noticed much difference in their comfort 365 glass insulation gimmick. Winter or summer. I will not recommend them to anyone.

They explained everything very well. There was no pressure. They were very informative and the work was done on time.

They did not tell me I actually had a choice of colors for the sunroom. When they came out to perform the job they didn't do the job right and the room leaked. In the winter I had snow blowing in. I held back 10k and a man came out to collect the money, his name was John Hudack. I told him I would not pay him until I was satisfied with the porch. He wouldn't leave and I had to threaten to call 911. This summer it leaked again and they sent somebody that finally fixed it. I have so much aggravation with this terrible mess.

They were very prompt. I had a couple problems afterwards, and they took care of them right away. Overall they did a good job, and I would use them again in the future.

Poorly. The original siding that came was not at all what I ordered then found that what was sold to me was not even available. This is after they had torn the cedar siding off and haphazardly slapped insulation all over the house so it looked terrible. Champion had to reorder new siding so my house looked like a disaster for several weeks awaiting the new siding and the crew to install it. The crew did not clean up when they done for the day, twice they left all kinds of supplies etc all over the lawn. This was just a bad experience all the way around. In the end they offered a 2% discount for the "inconvenience", I agreed to that as I felt pressured but in the long run I think they could have done more than 2% discount.

I really enjoyed working with them. They assisted me with any concerns or problems. I really liked them and would use them again.

Champion was informed that the original small windows were located between studs, and headers were probably not present in either wall. However, they cut through the structural studs in both walls and installed the new windows without replacing the structural support. They simply placed the windows on the cut studs, and attached them to boards nailed in between. After continual problems with the windows, they offered to replace them, at which time I discovered they had not addressed the structural issues. I again told them I was concerned with the support issues, at which time they told me that nothing more was needed. After doing my own research, reading the building code, and hiring an engineer, I insisted that headers be installed in each wall. After months of negotiation, they finally installed headers, at an additional cost of $750. Now the windows are not plumb or straight, and aren't inset enough to allow for finish materials.

They replaced an old window that broke and fell apart. They were here and gone in a half an hour, they did a good job, and I have no complaints. They cleaned up after wards very well.

Champion was the third quote I had received. I didn't like dealing with any of the salespeople, especially Roman from Champion. I was bored with the sales process because he didn't ask any questions. I didn't feel like a valued customer. He quoted me $10,000 for 13 windows. He came down to $7000 which was in the ballpark with the other quotes. I went with them because they have great windows and they do great work installing. The two guys who installed were outstanding. One had to come back the next day for a couple hours to finish. Everything was cleaned up and I love my windows. The salesperson hurt the overall experience.

When looking at companies for replacing windows in our house, we received an estimate from Champion. Their windows seem to be decent quality, but not as good as some other companies. Another reason we didn't go with this company is that they are always running a ''sale,'' usually 30-40% off. After our research, we realized that this is just a gimmick to get you in the door. I personally don't like companies who use these types of sales tactics.

GREAT EXPERIENCE. VERY FLEXIBLE - MEASURED AT A TIME CONVENIENT FOR US. QUOTED RIGHT AWAY. NOT A ''HARD SELL''. PRICE WAS SECOND LOWEST OF FOUR. WE WILL PROBABLY GO WITH THE LOWEST PRICE.

WE FOUND THE SALESMAN TO BE VERY PUSHY AND SPOKE NEGATIVELY ABOUT HIS COMPETITION. THEY DID HAVE A GOOD PRODUCT, AT A REASONABLE PRICE. WE DECIDED TO GIVE THE BUSINESS TO A COMPANY WHO'S SALESMAN WAS NOT TRASHING THE COMPETITION.

THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT. THEY DID THE JOB IN ONE DAY AND THE LAST WORKER STAYED UNTIL 7PM TO FINISH. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AND CLEANED UP AFTER THE JOB VERY WELL. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB.

INSTALLERS WERE ON TIME AND VERY EFFICIENT. TEAM OF 3 WORKED WELL TOGETHER ON INSTALLATION, TRIMMING AND CLEAN UP. NEEDED A SERVICE CALL TO RESEAL SOME CAULKING ON 3 WINDOWS THAT SHRUNK DUE TO TEMPERATURE. SERVICE WAS PROMPT AND RESOLVED ISSUE IMMEDIATELY. BEAT THE SNOW AND COLD BY 1 DAY.

THE INSTALLER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, THE PRODUCT AND THIS COMPANY WAS OUTSTANDING. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM DEFINITELY.

YOU NEED TO BE YOUR OWN CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR WITH CHAMPION. THE WORK CREW DOES THE LEAST AMOUNT OF WORK WITHOUT REGARD TO QUALITY. IT APPEARS CHAMPION TAKES ON MORE PROJECTS THAN THEY CAN HANDLE AND WERE MOVING WORKERS FROM OUR PROJECT TO OTHER PROJECTS AND EXTENDED THE TIMEFRAME OVER MONTHS INSTEAD OF WEEKS. THE YARD SIGN ADVERTISEMENT 'DISCOUNT' COVERS THREE YEARS OF SIGNS IN YOUR YARD TWICE PER YEAR - THEY SIGN YOU UP FOR IT AND EXPLAIN IT LATER.

PUT HOLE IN SCREEN, HAVENT DONE A GOOD JOB.
