The service arrived in the set window of time previously set. The gentleman was very professional and did a very thorough check of the inside and outsid foundations of the house. He noted 5 outside openings into my house that had not been addressed by my previous pest control company. He spent a total of 3 hours setting up traps and filling in the outside holes and ro forcing the inside openings.

They did nothing. They said they were going to do this but they never called. They never corrected the problem. We wanted to have someone come in and basically why the mice were there and try to find out how they were getting into the basement. We wanted them to put the traps out for any of the ones still there. I ended up putting my own mice traps to catch them.

Jon came out to address a mouse issue we have been having. Jon explained what he was going to do and performed the service well. A week later we no longer hear the mice.

I called Batzner because I found a dead mouse and some droppings in the basement. Bob came out to house on time & did an exterior and interior inspection - also went up into the attic. He was very nice, professional & explained a lot. He also let me know that some of the droppings were actually from a chipmunk. He placed several rodent traps in the basement, attic and a bait station outside. He also found a couple holes outside that he filled where critters could get into the house. He explained everything & let me know what to watch for over the next couple weeks & let me know to call again if I see any activity after a couple weeks and he would come back out and see what's going on & re-treat. I would definitely recommend them to anyone - very happy with the service!
