 + -1 moreThis was a great, easy, stressless experience. Their prices are great. I knew I didn't want to spend much, as this was for a spare room which is rarely used. I was having guests on Sunday, and the room was all set on Saturday.
Description of Work: They had a good selection on the floor. The salesman was knowledgeable and not pushy. He left me alone as I strolled around trying different beds. It was Thursday and he said he could have the bed I picked delivered on Saturday. Their delivery rate is $35.00, compared to rates of $77, $70 and $45 at other stores I checked out. The delivery came in an American Appliance truck right on time. The mattress and box spring was set on my frame. They would have taken away the old mattress if I had one.

 + -1 moreOnly after one month, the mattress began to turn yellow. I was very concerned as I knew this was not normal. I called them and they stated that this was in fact normal and just a part of the "curing" process. They refuse to refund my money or even take the mattress back. He would not allow me to make an exchange either. They never told me about this "curing" process when I purchased and I feel that I have wasted my money.
Description of Work: I purchased a new queen size mattress from this company.
