As usual, our plumber delivered professional services in a timely manner. Repair was complete and he called the following day to check on the repair. Will always use and refer his services. Excellent and outstanding.

Andy went above and beyond in helping us design a 3/4 bath in our unfinished laundry room. He drew up the plans and did great recommendations due to the layout and size of our room. We didn't change anything in his plans. A lot of extra plumbing was involved, such as replacing old pipes and tubing due to the age of our home.
He helped us pick out our shower, toilet and vanity after showing us several choices.
There were no "surprises" when the work was started, due to him thououghly checking things out before starting the job.
He is definately a professional- great workmanship in every way.

Experiencing second floor thermostat in operation for heating. Discovered a faulty relay switch in the boiler unit. Contacted First Choice Plumbing for repair. The owner offered to set an appointment or explain a DIY. I chose the DIY method saving time and money for both the plumber and myself. He arranged a counter pick-up of the part at a nearby parts supplier. The part was waiting for me upon my arrival and the repair was a matter of a simple plug-in, a new relay. First Choice Plumbing has ALWAYS treated us well. Anytime we have had any plumbing related questions, he has always taken the time to answer and if he is not available, he returns the call as soon as possible. We would never use any other service than his and we highly recommend his services.
