Their technicians are knowledgeable and they have good customer service. They are very professional and they call before they perform any type of work.

I have used Uptown for some of the routine service and on some occasions, more significant work on my aging Taurus. I have always been treated respectfully and courteously. I have not experienced problems following the work that was done. Their extended service hours on Mondays and Wednesdays are helpful.

I have been going to Uptown for many years and my mom has also been going for more than that! We wouldn't go anywhere else for vehicle purchases or service to our vehicles! I love the personal service you get when you enter the door. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for new/used vehicles or service to you vehicle.

My wife recently purchased a new Ford Fusion from Uptown and had a tire blowout with less than 3000 miles on the car.
A tire warranty booklet that came with the car said if the tire had less than 12000 on it, it would be replaced for free, otherwise it would be pro rated. When the tire was taken to Uptown my wife was told straight out they wouldn't replace the tire. This was without even looking at the tire. When they were told what the tire warranty book said, they asked to see the booklet. Then their response was it was probably a road hazard and wasn't covered. My wife told them she didn't hit anything in the road and it just blew, then she got a low tire pressure warning after it blew. Finally they came out of their ivory tower to look at it, their response was it looked like it was cut(this was the sidewall where it blew) and it wouldn't be covered. What a joke, how could the car have been driven if the tire was cut, the tire blew out on the sidewall.
Seems to me they had their minds made up before even looking at the tire that they weren't going to pay for a replacement.It's amazing how nice they were before the sale.....then no service.
Sales person also told us since we buying a new car if we ever needed a car wash we should stop in and get it for free. Service said the only time we can get a free car wash is after we have service work done.
Personally, I will never buy another car from Uptown nor recommend anyone else to do so.

I've bought my last three vehicles from them. I'm generally very happy with their service. I did have a problem that I wasn't happy with. I filled out a feedback form via email and the owner called me and was very concerned. He took some money off and had me bring in the vehicle to have it waxed and the interior cleaned.

I've been going to them for years and have been very happy with their work.

I would never go back to them again. They lied and I will never go back there again. They said I needed some coolant, but they should have caught that when I was in for an oil change 6 weeks prior.

Excellent experience. This was the first new car I had ever purchased (and I'm in the age classification of the oldest baby boomers!), and the first that was not a GM car. The salesman, DeVarrio Raines, is a consummate gentleman, and a superb salesperson (no pressure felt whatsoever). The entire purchasing experience, including the follow-ups, with Mr. Raines and the Uptown staff has been quite positive and rewarding.

They were the closest dealership. They gave a courtesy shovel that was nice, and they gave me an estimate before they did any work. I was pleased with them.

I am neutral on the company. Usually, the service is relatively fast. They are convenient for me. The staff was courteous.

We go to this garage about four times a year. Larry and John are the guys we deal with and they remember who their customers are. They have always provided reliable service. They do not oversell products and the price is consistent whether it is my wife or me taking the car in. They do not pressure you.

Dan was instrumental in coordinating acceptable financing for a vehicle I purchased from him in August. I was treated wonderful and they made the car buying experience great.

THEY DIDNT LIVE UP TO THEIR COMMITMENT.
