Description of Work: Previously, we had an oriental rug cleaned at the Persian Gallery - it was beautifully done. this time, we had an old braided rug cleaned. It looks gorgeous and brand new. They gave as much attention to our braided rug, as they did our family heirloom oriental rug! Very kind, attentive people to work with - the owner obviously takes great pride in his company. Will definitely return and continue to recommend to friends.

Description of Work: Wow! Imagine the filthiest, food stained carpet covered with dirt from drywall dust and years of foot traffic. Although it was not a Persian rug and it had been rejected by one cleaner as "too dirty", Persian Rug Gallery staff were polite, informative and honored the sale price to clean this large area rug although I was made aware that it might require multiple cleanings to restore it and that some stains may not be removable. Although stains are evident still on the back of the carpet, the front is completely restored to its original state. It took half of the estimated 2 weeks to clean. I appreciate the high level of workmanship and professionalism provided despite the discounted service price.
