I went to Crystal Auto Body on January 14 to have someone look at my gas tank door because I could not get it open. The serviceman saw that the spring was broken. When he looked it up on the Toyota parts section, he did not find that it could be replaced separately and said I would have to order a new door with the spring attached. The estimate was $140.00 because the little door would have to be painted to match my car. The door came in the next day. When I arrived to have it replaced, the serviceman noticed that in the package the spring was included as a separate part, and he could just replace it. I didn't need the door. He said they could send the door back and only charged me for the spring.
Crystal Auto Body is honest and fair in dealing with its customers. I have been there twice before and very pleased with the work and estimates. I highly recommend it.
