 + -1 moreBrian was excellent. Was very thorough in going over process before hand. He initially used a sealing product we did not like, but he worked very hard to find a product that kept our grout light and still brought a shine to the slate. We were very pleased.

 + 0 moreThe floor was cleaned and buffed with no dirt or dust to be concern with. I am bringing Brian back to do our quarry tile hall and foyer. His work is wonderful and he is a true professional.
Description of Work: Our basement rec room has a marble floor (16" square tiles). Brian Konkol suggested that he clean a corner area of four tiles to give us an idea of the new appearance. There was no question of having the floor restored once we saw the difference. Apparently when the floor was installed in 1924, it was not polished. The floor went from a dirty gray to a white veined beautiful marble floor. It makes the room look brighter!

 + 0 moreFrom the estimate to completion of the job Brian was professional, prompt and thorough. He explained in detail all of the options available and takes great pride in his work. His bid was somewhat lower than the other bid I received. Brian also freely gave advice on the care of a foyer with quarry tile. This was a positive experience. If you need help with marble, granite, etc., floors or countertops, I recommended BJK Services.
Description of Work: Grind, rehone and polish marble floors in kitchen and master bathroom. In bath, which has white marble, Brian cleaned all of the joints in a separate operation. All floors were polished to a high gloss.
