Since this was such an unusual project, Brian could only quote time and material with an predicted range for regrinding and repairing the shower surfaces.Brian offered to spend an hour or two doing a test patch to see how much time it was going to take. During the test, he found the binding material was too soft and started to crumble. To our disappointment, he couldn't recommend going forward with the project.I'm recommending BJK Services because of Brian's integrity and willingness to do what he could to help us out. Many contractors would have taken the job, charged us for his service and when the results were unsatisfactory they would have blamed the materials. We are grateful for both what he did for us and what he didn't do for us, if that makes any sense.

Brian was so responsive, so professional that everything went so well. You can not believe the floors! They are absolutely beautiful again. Brain restored them to I think better than when they were installed! Our shower is mold free as he worked so hard to take the old caulk out an re-caulk. He fixed cracks and our shower looks great again. Brain was always on time, always working, always a perfectionist. Really this is the best experience I have had with a contractor. He did what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it and for the price that he said! Can you believe it? The price was so fair. I would recommend BJK Services to anyone. The floor now looks beautiful, as it should have initially. Brian was extremely professional and we enjoyed his time with us, which was 2 1/2 days.

Brian was excellent. Was very thorough in going over process before hand. He initially used a sealing product we did not like, but he worked very hard to find a product that kept our grout light and still brought a shine to the slate. We were very pleased.

The floor was cleaned and buffed with no dirt or dust to be concern with. I am bringing Brian back to do our quarry tile hall and foyer. His work is wonderful and he is a true professional.

From the estimate to completion of the job Brian was professional, prompt and thorough. He explained in detail all of the options available and takes great pride in his work. His bid was somewhat lower than the other bid I received. Brian also freely gave advice on the care of a foyer with quarry tile. This was a positive experience.
