They were punctual and very professional. I used an Angie's List deal, so my total would have been $415.00. After they did the work, they realized I filled more than they estimated, but they still held to their estimate. It is a little more expensive than a dumpster, but the convenience cannot be beat.

They are great. They are courteous, on time and very thorough. They got the job done.

I've used them several times and they're great. They load it for you. You should estimate how much they're taking because they charge on volume and weight.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Extremely efficient, cleaned up beautifully after they removed items, very, very polite. Awesome experience. I would definitely use them in the future.

They did a wonderful job. The whole place was filled with junk. It didn't take long at all and they did a good job.

They were an amazing company. We think they were running a special and it was about $129 for that service. We came back from vacation to find that our entire freezer and refrigerator had died while we were gone and everything inside it died as well. It was putrid, disgusting thing and nobody would touch it. We had to call a person who cleans crime scenes and he was going to come in and take care of it. He was going to bag it for us and we had to put it in the garbage can and that was awful. Someone recommended 1-800-GOT-JUNK and these people came and just duct taped the freezer and did not open the refrigerator because we can't even describe how disgusting it was. They just hauled it away and no problem and they cleaned up the blood on the floor and all that. They were like two angels from heaven, they were God sent. They were wonderful. They were courteous, they explained what they were doing, and they shook our hand and were just very nice. They took it away and cleaned up the mess. They were prompt, we called them on a Saturday, and they were here on Sunday morning at 9 o'clock.

Three very friendly young guys showed up and went straight to it. So quick! They had nearly filled their truck in 45 minutes. They even swept up afterwards!

They got ride of all the thing I did not need like refrigerators and things like that. Any thing that was reusable they gave away to charity. They also cleaned up after themselves.

This service was fabulous from the second I made the call for service. The rep who scheduled the pick up was polite and thorough. I got a confirmation email immediately and a follow-up call a few hours later. The movers called in the morning as scheduled and arrived on time. These were two of the nicest guys I've ever worked with. They did everything very professionally and never once uttered and quot;that's too heavyand quot; or and quot;we can't do thatand quot;. They were wonderful! The equipment they took from behind the barn had been sitting there for at least 20 years so some branches had grown around it and it had sunk into the ground. They picked up every piece without question. They saw other things and even asked if they should take it instead of ignoring it and pretending like they didn't see it. They confirmed everything before and after it was removed!
I would highly recommend this company and will definately use them in the future as needed. I wish they could expand their business into other areas because they have great work ethics and know how to hire the right people.

They were fairly quick and efficient. It was a difficult task that they accomplished without putting holes in the wall. This was different from the last people who tried it. Overall it went really well.

I called them, and they came out. I had a lot of stuff that the previous owners of the home had left behind. I figured it would have taken all day. They completed the work in about four hours. They were fast and efficient. They put down some plastic on the floor to protect it. They did a good job. They had four guys working. The price wasn't cheap, but it was worth it.

They are very good. They are very nice. If you occupy a lot of their truck, then the charge is more. IF you need a little extra help here and there, they will help. They extend themselves. I would have created that company myself. They just take care of stuff that isn't worthy of anything really and it's so nice. Their pricing is excellent. There was something going on and I needed them right away, I called them and they came the next day. They were very accommodating and very helpful.

We had purchased a Groupon for 1-800-Got-Junk back in the spring of 2011. It had an expiration date of August of 2012. We had paid close attention to that when purchasing as we figured that we wouldn't be ready for them to come until sometime late in the fall. We called to schedule our appointment in November of 2011 and mentioned the Groupon. We were told it had expired back in September. They assured us that they would credit us the price we paid for the Groupon - that we would never be out that amount - but that they could not accept the Groupon for the full amount as it had expired. We insisted that it said August of 2012. The gentleman we were talking to said he need to check on something and the he would call us back within 10 minutes.
Three minutes later the phone rang. He said that there was a mistake - the Groupon was supposed to have expired in September 2011 but because ours said August 2012 - they would honor it. We were very pleased with how fast they got back to us on it.

Our appointment was for between 8am and 10am on a Saturday. We were told to expect a call around 7:30am that day for a confirmation and a more specific time. The phone rang that morning at 7:35am. The confirmed directions to our home and said that they would be there between 8am and 8:15am. The doorbell rang at 8:00am on the dot. They were clean, friendly and professional.

We walked them through - showed them the items we wanted removed. Pricing is based on how much room the items take in the truck. The gave us an estimate of around $300 (this is total, our Groupon would be deducted from this). We agreed and they went to work. They were fast, efficient and everything was gone before we knew it. They cleaned up after they were done.

I booked an appointment online and I got a confirmation. They came out and looked at the garage and told me that it would be $74. They said it would take a partial truckload to take away. They came on time, cleaned up and took an hour. They cleaned up after themselves. I had floods after that and they came out and took out all the wet things out of the basement. They were quick and responsive.

Excellent. Very good communication beforehand. Were punctual and did job quickly and efficiently. Swept up afterward.

The whole process from appt setting, confirmation, notification of arrival, arrival, removal and departure is well designed and executed. Expectations were set and all promises were kept. The online appt process is a good user experience - easy, efficient, clear direction and communication. The crew that did the removal introduced themselves (with name) and were motivated, personable, courteous and professional. They respected our house during the junk removal. The only negative comment is that a discount I had coming was not applied to the bill.

I booked appointment online. Workers showed up on-time, saw what needed to be done and gave me a quote. They loaded everything up on their truck and were done in no time. The whole process was very convenient and efficient. Website has very pertinent Q and A section and tools to estimate how much of the truck will be used; the price I paid was for about 3/4 truck load.

This company is great. Two guys showed up exactly when they said they would. They hauled away an old (very heavy!) refrigerator from the basement. They also hauled a 35 year old air conditioner out of the garage. Believe it or not, this old air conditioner was bigger than today's outdoor condenser units and much, much heavier. These gentlemen ware just that, gentlemen. They continued to empty a garage full of assorted junk. They would always asked if they should take something, when not sure, and swept up when they were done. I would give this company an A+ for the professionalism showed by their two guys. These guys were courteous, friendly and very professional in the way they handled their work (I've received worse treatment in a doctor's office). I would not hesitate to call or highly recommend this company at any time. Thanks guys, you did a fantastic job!

They were running out of time and they had to cut the refrigerator, so they left and came back to finish the job. I was very pleased.

Dave called and told us that they would be there at 9:15, ON MOTHERS DAY even. They arrived right on the nose, took a look at what we had to haul away and gave us a quote. In under 30 minutes, they had it all moved into the truck and even said they would dispose of our torn American flags (there were three of them) in the proper way. Dave also gave us an estimate on what it would cost to do the same to our basement (the dungeon). We will definitely have them back to do that!

I booked online, which went very well. They emailed to confirm and then called before arriving. They definitely took everything I wanted them too, other than cleaning supplies and other chemicals. The process took MUCH LONGER than I had thought and the truck was MUCH SMALLER than I had anticipated (from the website photo.) They didnt charge by the time, only the truck amount. I had thought we had about 1/2 a trucks worth; it was over 1 1/3 trucks worth. For the future, I would make sure to bag or box all loose items and collect them as much as possible in one place to give me a better idea of how much we had. And although the website talks about "cleaning up" afterward, there wasnt anything done on that front other than making sure there wasnt anything left around that should have gone.

On Friday, 11/9, we returned home after purchasing a new TV. About a year ago, before we joined Angies List, we had used this service to haul away an interior door, and an old TV. Having been impressed as to how efficient they were last year, I decided to call 1-800-GOT JUNK to make an appointment to haul away my old TV, along with a mirrored bi-fold door we had taken off a closet. Wow - I called at 12:15, and they gave me a time frame - for the same day (!) - between 2-4PM. They called about 15-20 minutes before their arrival and were in and out - all before 2:20 PM. I was so happy to have those items taken away so quickly! Wonderful, wonderful service!
