Everything went great! From the first phone call to Georgi to the installation. Excellent service. Georgi was a pleasure to work with. So helpful!!! And very knowledgeable!!! We enjoyed working with her and are very happy with the blinds.

The vendor, Georgiana Swandt, was very helpful and kind, and did not pressure us into anything. She answered all of our questions and was knowledgeable about the product. She sent my husband photos of the installers so that we would know who they were before they came to our home. The installers were pleasant and very helpful. They did a great job and did not mess up the house doing their work. All in all, we are very satisfied with this company.

Provider was friendly but professional. She listened to my requests and was able to provide exactly what I wanted. She gave advice but was not pushy. What I particularly liked was that, when I told her I wanted to install similar blinds in the large windows in the living room but not at this time, she made suggestions but respected that i was not ready to install those blinds yet. She did not, in either visit, try to get me to buy blinds for those windows. When I remodel the living room and am ready to install window blinds, I will use her services.

Georgi helped us choose the right custom window coverings (Hunter-Douglas) for our master
bedroom. She was patient, not pushy and gave honest and very helpful
advice. She was responsive to emails and calls and even double- and
triple-checked things to make sure our order was correct. The installer
she works with was very professional and did careful and conscientious
work. I would highly recommend Georgi for anyone looking for custom window coverings and will use her in the future for any needs we may have.

It could not have gone better. I enjoy home decor, fabrics, and colors, but I was a little overwhelmed by the number of choices. Georgi helped me narrow my search based on my stated preferences and the overall look of my home. I love the shades we picked out and even though my home is new construction with higher quality windows, there was a noticeable difference in the warmth in the room a day after installation. The shades fit perfectly and the quality is evident. Also, she kept me informed regarding anticipated delivery and time lines.
