Had radon system install as a contingent when I purchased the house. Install was on 10/14/20. On March 11,2021, a leak from a part they installed occurred. I contacted him and sent pictures and he did respond out and replaced the part. My basement carpet was damaged as a result of that leak. I ate the cost of replacing the carpet. On March 7th, 2023 another leak from a part they installed occurred. I contacted him and he stated that he wanted pictures and there was not way he could make it out today. When asked about the carpet damage again he stated "that's what insurance is for." I called my insurance and they wanted to know his insurance. I called him back and he refused to provide his insurance information and stated "sue the manufacturer of the part." He stated that he gets his parts from Menards. He refused to provide me any further information and stated that he will not return any further calls or messages from me. I also filed a BBB complaint. Just my experience.

We use them every three years normally and they are very nice and easy to work with. They were very flexible and we would highly recommend them.

It went fine.  We have no complaints.   He's a professional to talk to, great at what he does and his pricing is so competitive, what he "lacks" is forgivable in my opinion.

The overall work was successful.  He arrived late due to a previous job and going to the wrong address, but continued to work until the job was done.  He included a replacement pump due to the original being an above-crock type and not suited to radon mitigation.
The new pump did not work exactly as designed due to the pump switch being of the floating bulb design.  Our basement had water over most of the entire basement floor on Father's Day.  The float switch did not activate as often as it should have because it was tethered to the housing and did not have an adequate range of motion.  Customer eventually made an adjustment to increase the range of motion.   Installer returned to adjust the float and offered to replace the pump with a different model at no charge to customer, but accompishing the replacement proved to be unsuccessful due to the inability to schedule the install.  The installer did not want to set an appointment for the work, preferring to arrive at a time when he was in the area on another job.  Since he would call during our work hours and say he could be at our house in 30 minutes or less, coordinating a time of mutual consent as such was never accomplished; customer eventually abandoned hope of getting the replacement pump installed and discontinued contacting installer.

Greg's son and installer (also named Greg) did a great job. They trouble shooted through some issues in getting the right place to vent the system into the garage, and cleaned up thoroughly and stayed until just after 7:00 pm to finish the job.

Gregg and his son, who helps him, were very efficient, quiet and tidy. The work took about 5 hours to complete. Gregg completely explained what he was doing and fully explained how a follow-up radon test kit which he left with me should be used and reported. The only negative was that he was 3 hours late for the appointment. He apologized but didn't really give a reason why he was late. This seems to be a pattern with him. I mentioned it when I contacted him originally. He does very nice work, but if hiring him I would specify a late morning start as he probably won't be there until then anyway. Not what you would call a 'morning'' person, I guess.

Gregg and his crew were very efficient in the installation, not to mention, available to do the work. They were a pleasure to work with. We would definitely rehire, should the need arise.
