The tire kept leaking air and Brickners Park City replaced the valve stem, cleaned up the rim and told me to keep an eye on it.
The weather has been nice so I was driving my little car around but after Monday's snow fall I had to take my Explorer to school. It seemed to be driving just fine but then when I went out yesterday to clear up some snow around my vehicles, I saw the tire going flat again. I had previously called Brickner's Park City to order some new tires because I knew that was the only solution I had.
They told me they would call me when the tires were in. So yesterday, I took the Explorer in to have air put in the leaky tire and was told my tires were in! Greg (service manager) found two mechanics to put the tires on my Explorer, even though I did not have an appointment, and I am thrilled how well the Explorer drives.
I have told Jim Brickner what a wonderful Service Department he has...I think I said, and quot;Your service department rocks!and quot; but any one looking to have their vehicle serviced, needs to check out Brickners Part City in Merrill, WI. The service department is the best service department I have ever run across and the prices are more than fair.

They could fit me in right away. They could tell me what was wrong and fix it that day. They are very trustworthy, and the price was reasonable.
