THE SALESMAN WAS HELPFUL IN DEMONSTRATING THE PRODUCT AND EXPLAINING THE WARRANTY WHICH COVERS 21 YEARS IF YOU AGREE TO BRING IN YOUR VACUUM CLEANER FOR A FREE ANNUAL TUNE UP EACH YEAR. IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO BRING IN YOUR VACUUM CLEANER FOR THE FREE ANNUAL TUNE UP EVERY YEAR, THERE IS STILL A 10 YEAR WARRANTY ON THE MACHINE. THE SALESMAN STAYED AT THE STORE ALMOST AN HOUR AFTER CLOSING TIME TO EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENT VACUUMS AND ANSWER ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS, NEVER KNOWING IF WE WOULD ACTUALLY PURCHASE ANY OF THE MACHINES.
