The work was done in a careful and professional manner. Chris advised us of a board that could be replaced in the future, and also happily let us know that the roof was in good basic condition. We would definitely recommend Integrity to our neighbors!

Mark came by to do the estimates. Was very professional and friendly. Took as much time as I needed and went through all of their material choices and explained the differences between all of the options available. I ultimately hired a different contractor, but I would definitely recommend Integrity to others to give them a try.

The crew of 4 guys arrived early Friday morning and began to get set up right away. Tarps were laid down around the house to catch the old roof materials. They were very careful to protect all of the plant around the house!!! None were damaged!!! Within in a couple of hours the entire back roof of our ranch home was removed and they started to install the new roof. Each guy on the crew new his job and they worked like a well oiled machine! They completed the back side of the home and a section of the garage roof the first day.
They returned Saturday morning and began working right away. In no time they had the front of the house roof torn off and started installing the new roof. When that was completed they tore off the shingles on the rest of the garage and completed it.
I had to leave before they completed the clean-up, but when I did, they done a great job!
We could not be more pleased with the job the entire crew did!!!
Mark was wonderful to work with and answered any questions that we had!
The following Monday they installed the gutters and downspouts and they look great on our home! The installer has been doing this for many years and there was no question that he new what he was doing!!!
I would highly recommend Integrity Roofing!!!

They came over as scheduled and performed the inspection and tune-up. I was very delighted with their attention to details, minor repairs and information they provided to me. When it is time for a new roof they will be first on my list to contact. I asked for an estimate for a potential new roof and they provided one to me. Their prices were very reasonable and not over-priced like some roofing companies in the area. I encourage everyone to check them out when you need roofing attention.

They came a bit early and evaluated the roof. They estimated the age to be 10-15 years with 5 years remaining. They caulked and performed some general minor maintenance on the chimney. They provided me with the information that I expected and needed.

He wasn't able to do anything due to how the pitches were on the house. He came out within a week. He was very apologetic. He was very professional. Explained what the pitch meant. Apologized that he couldn't do it for me. The experience was good.

Set up the service mainly via email exchanges. Responses were fast and courteous, including phone numbers to contact if needed.
Mark showed up promptly on the the day of our appointment, Was friendly and courteous. He inspected the entire roof including one trouble area. took photos of minor repairs needed and showed me all before doing repairs. performed the repairs as a part of the deal.
No extra fees and no attempt at up-selling. I would definitely bring bring them back again, and likely will every couple of years for inspection and maintenance.

I contacted Integrity to have the roof tune up performed, but also had noticed some leaking near my chimney that I wanted checked out at the same time. Mark contacted me the same day and we were able to set up a time that week for him to come out and perform the tune up and inspect my issue.
Mark came on time and did some general tune up by re caulking some areas, pounding some nails in, inspecting the entire rood, chimney, vents, and flashing and looking at my specific issue as well.
He was able to identify the issue with my chimney flashing and sent me photos as well as a quote to get it fixed. Subsequently I was able to work with him to get his crew out there the following week to fix the flashing (that was on 04/29) and that went very well also.
