He did the job, but charged us $504 to replace a mixing valve. Part was under $100. He was here less than 2 hours.

Ray completed my home project today in the Milwaukee area. He was professional respectful of my time and property. He gave me his honest options to complete the job in a timely manner before he left the property. He called me back as promised. I trust and would recommend this company that I selected first time Angi listings user...

On July 9th, 2025 I went to Angi's to get a quote for a dripping faucet and leaky shut off valve. I was contacted by the receptionist at Capital Heating and Cooling to set up a time for their service people to come out. I asked for a quote for possible work and was told that didn't quote until they saw the job which is contradictory from what you are led to believe by Angi. I left a detailed account of what was wrong with Angi. Mike and Jay come out later that day. They looked at the faucet and said it would be better to put in a new one along with new cut off valves. I was stunned by the quote of $782.25. There was no indication what that covered. I had to rush to Home Depot to get a new faucet as well. They were at the house less than 2 hours, didn't give me my old faucet or the boxing for the new one which would have warranty paperwork. I was very pleased with the two men that cleaned out my dryer vent from the back of the dryer all the way through the outside. They even cleaned out the dryer itself and all the lint that was around the outside of the dryer.

Pure Garbage... These people are crooks, charged me $4000 to repair my AC! It is 15 years old... I asked my brother who works for a different HVAC company and found out that I could have brought an entire new system for the $4000 I spent... Smdh.

They arrived on time and showed me pictures of how dirty my ducts were. Seemed to be less bad in my house after. My only complaint is they didn't send them to me (as they said they would) to show my husband there was something there. :)

Overall extremely happy with the quality of the automated, yet personal experience this company delivers. Jake reached out the very next day to setup an appointment. Offered to match other bids. The level of communication was impeccable. Everything was spot on until I actually looked at the aftermath. All of our registers are now tweaked (bent open to get the hose in), and they left quite a mess behind. Metal shrapnel, dust, chunks of ?? on the furniture, carpet, blankets, whatever was below them in the finished basement. The men were still very professional, excellent communication, and willing to answer any questions I had. By far one of the best companies we have done business with in quite some time. The before and after pictures prove a job done well, I highly recommend Capital Heating & Cooling!

I hired Capital Heating &Cooling for air duct cleaning. The technician, Garrett, was very friendly, explained everything he was going to do, and clean up was great. The one thing I didn’t like was the aggressiveness of their sales team. They continue to text, call, etc. until they hear from you.

i had jake &james do some duct work they were a real pleasure to have here then Brandan installed an Aprilaire and a furnace motor . everything was explained they were very curtious everyone there is so nice
