The only problems were that the service person did not show up on the day scheduled and the work took longer than expected. This can be a real burden when the homeowner has to take off of work to be there. When no one came on the scheduled day, I called and the person on the phone apologized profusely and rescheduled me for first on the schedule for the next morning. The service guy (Randy) came around 9:05 the next morning. He was very nice, and even removed a dead bird that had somehow gotten into my basement, for me. That was going above and beyond! I was told initially, on the phone, that the work would take an hour and a half to two hours, but instead, it took over four.

The service I received from Mike was top notch. He came out once to top of refrigerant as A/C was not working. Unfortunately we couldn't find an outlet within reach of his extension cords, so rescheduled for another time to check for a leak. He came back out and didn't notice any decrease in pressure, so said that no action really needed to be taken. No charge for second visit! They went over and above what I expected. As long as they're around, I will not use anyone else for A/C service.

They have been very good. We would recommend them. They are punctual. We are on one of their maintenance plans. It's like $180 for them to come out twice a year.

Expensive, but high quality work. I purposely used them for vent cleaning, knowing it was more expensive than others due to their quality. I would not use them for other work. I requested a refund for the failed install of Ecobee 3 install (7 hrs), charged me $125, no response. It just needed a c wire run. Another HVAC professional did it in 1 hr, for $60. Ridiculous.

We scheduled an inspection of our ductwork because we were getting inconsistent heating and cooling on different levels of the house. We also wanted the ducts cleaned because we finished renovations on our first floor and figured there was a lot of plaster dust in the ducts. One of their employees came out and did a very thorough inspection of our ductwork and gave ideas of what could be causing the inconsistent airflow. His explanations were very clear- I got a nice little HVAC lesson that day. Most of his ideas for addressing the issue cost us nothing at all: keep this door closed, open that vent more, etc. We went ahead and scheduled the duct cleaning, as planned. The employee sent for the cleaning was just as thorough. He gave me an explanation of what he'd do, made sure I didn't have any questions, and set to work. When he finished, he showed us before and after pictures of the ducts, and the difference was amazing! He also mentioned a lot of pet dander had been in the ducts, a little gift from the previous owners of our house. My wife and I are glad to no longer have that as part of the air circulating through our house. Capital took great lengths to ensure that I understood what they were doing and went above and beyond to make sure my family's needs were met. I'd absolutely hire them again and would definitely recommend them.

Called and scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Alex and Erin came at 10:15 this morning when I said an afternoon appointment would be fine but that I could do morning. It was appreciated as the furnace was turned off due to the issue and the house was really getting chilly. Both of them offered the opportunity for me to watch their diagnostic and were excellent with an explanation of the issue. This allowed me to be confident in their repair recommendation. Communication was excellent during the entire process. I would highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs and would not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

My furnace broke on the day before Thanksgiving. Capital Heating was able to get it replaced on the same day. The work was well done and I would hire them again.

I think they were very expensive.
It worked what they did but I thought it was very expensive with two screws and I'm not exactly sure what they put in but it was very expensive.

My water softener wasn’t the salt person did some readjusting and now we have soft water. He was very professional.He also reminded me to change the humidifier filter soon. Very nice person.
