Furniture - Sales
When it finally got delivered, within a couple weeks of receiveing it, the material began to fade. So I wanted them to redo it in the same material. They told me that the material wasn't available, and I had to pick out another material, and they wanted me to pay for it as well. They then told me that I had put some sort of sealant on it. I most certainly did not. The guy at the store ended up paying the $100 to get the couch reupholstered, as I refused to do so. It doesn't match the rocking chair, not the decor in the room as well.
