Union Street Design single-handedly saved our time line for two CD different projects.
We were on schedule with the recording, mixing and mastering for both CDs. Then the graphic designer had to bail on one of the projects due to personal schedule complications. We went to Angie's list and contacted a nearby contractor, Union Street Design. It turned that while it wasn't her regular project line, Union Street's Jeanne Gomoll had prior experience in designing CD covers.
We fired off our text and images that morning, expecting something back in a couple of days. We were surprised and delighted when we had a very well-done first version within a few hours! After several tweaks and text updates, we had what we needed to submit to the production company—two days ahead of schedule!
We paid our bill to Union Street Design (thank-you Jeanne!) and turned our attention to the other graphic designer. Two days after the promised deadline, all we had interesting initial concept that was going to likely take more time than we had to finalize. We contacted Union Street Design with a plea for help. Jeanne adjusted some of her other work and said she’d give it a try.
The first project was from scratch. For this next short-notice endeavor, Union Street Design had to pick up both conceptually and technically where someone else had left off. Once again, due to her ability and effort, we had quality product in short order and were able to turn what was looking like a week’s delay into only a two-day slippage in the schedule.
The happy ending is both CDs were produced and delivered on time for their scheduled distribution, largely in part to the efforts of Union Street Design.

Jeanne has come up with several really great designs that reflect her great design and my personal feel for my business. We are still finalizing business entities and have yet to make a final decision on the final logo. She has been wonderful through all the process and has been a smooth and comfortable person to work with on this type of service. Great customer service. She cares and has passion for what she does.

Jeanne is a pleasure to work with. She is familiar with my business and did 2 beautiful graphic variations for 2 sets of business cards for me. The work was professional and she was very quick to respond to my questions. She was very courteous to promptly deal with my indecision and revisions. Great deal on very professional business cards and graphics. She has great marketing insight and ideas that play a big part in the graphics my business used. Jeanne was a real treat to work with.

As mentioned above, I've worked regularly with Union Street Design since 2004. At this point, I consider Union Street Design's services a critical part of my company's success.
