Description of Work: The cost of framing and matting was not in my budget. The lady provided a pre-made frame. With cost of the matt, foam core, glass, and pre-made frame brought the cost down. When complete there was just too much matt which was hard to visualize before completion. So I am now in the process of trying to figure out hard to correct this issue without it costing me more money.

Description of Work: Because my last contact was more than 18 months ago, I don't recall the date of service or price, but I've used their services four times, at least, and have always been pleased. The one time I had a small issue, it was resolved to my complete satisfaction. Not only does the store have a wide range of frames and matts available, their staff, in one case, was able to suggest a treatment I never would have considered, and which vastly improved the look of the final treatment. I would never go anywhere else and I'd recommend them without reservation.
