Motorcycle Service
We had a warning light come up on our 4-wheeler, so we took it into Suter's since they were in the neighborhood. My husband said "no major rush", but obviously that meant 4 weeks to them. We gave written approval for $200 and then verbal for $250. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and ran our bill up to $420 without approval from us. The real kicker was that they put black electrical tape over our warning light so that we wouldn't see the light anymore. They never did fix the problem and we were stuck paying the bill.
We took our 4-wheeler to Veteznik Power Sports (Madison) and they promptly found the problem and charged us only $160.
We went back to talk with the owner of Suter's and he didn't have any sympathy for us and what we paid them. He treated us like we were in the wrong. Terrible experience!
