If we have a problem, they are very difficult to work with. They have a good price, but the customer service isn't always the best. I would use them again in the future if needed just for the price.

They have good to very good call coverage. Initial difficulty getting technical service. The model of the phone the LG Rumor Touch is terrible. The direct customer service number (877)-775-4886. (866)-556-7310 is the number for technical support.
