All haircuts and color have been fine.  I never have left feeling I didn't like the cut/color.  The products they use are great.

Mine was a simple haircut and while $38 is a bit much for my needs (same haircut for the past year), the detail they went through for my hairdo and coloring is very comprehensive and I've been using them for more than a year. The attention and service they provide is excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

I really like the place.  They are a little bit higher in price but you don’t have to worry about the result.  They are very clean, very professional and very organize.

Service was excellent. I asked for the top, most expensive, experienced hair stylist because I'm no good at even knowing what style looks good on me. I went twice but was never satisfied with the cut. It was too expensive to justify continuing. She was very friendly and all the staff was great. She just didn't seem to get me as a person to bring that out in my hair style.

Professional. Listened to what I wanted provided good suggestions. Great cut.

I had been going to a master stylist for many years at a well known east side hair salon comparable to RZ but wasn't happy with the last few haircuts I received so wanted to try someone/someplace else. So happy I did! The ability to schedule an appointment online was what initially prompted me to book one. That alone made it worth giving them a shot. The salon itself was nice, as I had expected, and the staff was very polite and helpful; not at all and quot;salesyand quot; or pushy. After all that, the true test was how well the stylist cut my hair. She was very helpful and informative as she cut my hair and it turned out fabulously! It's now 6 weeks later and I still love it! Oh, and they don' t accept tips, which is just icing on the cake and will undoubtedly result in me scheduling more services since I don't have to factor that into my cut and color total! Wish I had gone here sooner!

RZ and Company has the best spa services and experience Madison has to offer. I have been a customer for more than 10 years, and have only had great experiences with all of the staff and have sampled a wide variety of their salon and spa services. I never hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

She did a great job, I just think they are a bit pricey. However, they do not accept/charge tips so that is good. My stylist was Leah, very nice and knowledgeable.

Highlight, color, cut, style.

RZ and Co is a great salon! I recently moved to Madison from Washington, D.C. and first went to RZ about 6 weeks ago for a cut and color. I asked for a stylist who had experience cutting curly hair and received an appointment with Audrey. She is fantastic! She listened to me and looked at pictures I brought that I thought were nice curly-hair cuts and then we talked about color for awhile. She gave me a beautiful, basically no maintenance (wash, a little gel and walk away is what I do) haircut and color and I love it! I went back to her about 7 weeks later to touch up the color and plan to keep going to her from now on. The salon is a pretty, friendly place and I think the prices are very reasonable given the quality and professionalism and also given that they do not accept tips! I'm very glad I found this salon in Madison.

Very happy with my experience at RZ Joanna did my hair and makeup for my wedding in July. She had great ideas and I let her make all the decisions.

The facilities are really nice and the staff is very professional. Their scheduling staff is very courteous and helpful. I have always been more that satisfied with their work. They have a great salon but once again, I was charged an additional amount for the hair color. If the stylist does not mix up the correct amount, I have to pay an extra charge. Prices should be set and not be a guessing game. If this policy changes, I would go back. If this isn't an issue for others, they are worth the visit.

They are very professional. It is a beautiful salon so the environment is nice. They have people with different levels of experience. If we have our hair cut by the lowest level person, a master person or a higher level person will come over and inspect it to make sure it is done properly. If I'm not satisfied with the job I can go back within a week and have it redone, which I have done. They do other services such as manis and pedis and facials but I haven't used those services. I can schedule online which is pretty cool.

The hair stylist was very professional and was very attentive to my needs and comfort during the processing of my hair. She was very positive, calm, and light-hearted as she completed the work. This was my 5th time going to the same stylist, and I have been very satisfied. I am fussy! (so I've been told)
