We were very impressed with the quick response when we inquired about a quote for our bathtub. The sales associate was punctual, polite, and very knowledgeable. The installation is really the only reason I am giving the four star review instead of five. My brother had a tub installed and they were done around 1pm. Ours began at 8am on New Years Eve and was finished at 9pm. Had I known it would have taken so long, I would have scheduled it for a different day. The installer was clearly fatigued and repeatedly asked his superior to stay and help him, but he said he also had a really long day. I would have preferred to have them come back and finish it as a two day product, but due to the "one day guarantee" they were unable to grant that request. I would not consider a 13 hour install period one day (especially when we live in a one-bathroom household). That being said, the installer was very polite and worked hard. The overall quality I would give 4.5 stars. We have had it for almost two months now and it is so easy to keep clean and beautiful. Some of the caulk could have been a little more even and some got on the actual tub, otherwise it is absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend Mad City and plan on using them in the future for our kitchen, but would see if they could give you a timeframe based on the experience of the installer if you have time constraints or young children with bedtimes.

Mad CIty replaced my tub area including a window. They were extremely efficient (done in less than one day), cleaned up everything and were very courteous. I love my new bath!

The crew were in and out within a few hours and the new shower looks absolutely amazing!

Great to work with, was on time for both consult and install. Install happened 2 weeks prior to quote which was great, install was quick - only 1 day and he left zero mess. Would highly recommend them for a bathtub remodel.

Last summer, we had Mad City Windows replace windows. They were very efficient. They arrived on time, were quick to replace the windows and cleaned up. I waited until this winter to write this review because I wanted to see how they performed in the winter. Well after getting two weeks of up to 30 below temps, they are great. We had no leaks and they never frosted up. Gave them 5 stars and would would use again.

I appreciated Mad City Windows quick response time to questions. They had great suggestions for replacing my windows and the installation took only one day. I have noticed a drop in my electricity bill too, which is always a plus!

Love the windows! Couldn't believe how efficient and quick they were installed. Worth the cost for custom size and framing them in. Pleasant and qualified staff. Received great customer service and alot of follow-up and communications by Mad City. Would highly recommend.

We got 11 windows installed in the entire house. The job took only 1 day to complete. Material and work quality are some of the best available. The price was a bit high, but you do pay for what you get.

Bought windows in October 2020 and they said they would be installed by thanksgiving so I was able to save energy. What a joke they came installed 2 windows first month January 2021 they had 3 ppl measure my windows and they still got my 3rd window size wrong I called them to ask about my financing and they could not answer any questions and now they said the last window should be installed in late March 2021 sometime. Horrible. I have 13 more windows in my house but I do not t think I will be coming back for there services. Window installed in bedroom leaks air

We had Mad City install windows in our entire house a few months ago, and have been very happy with the product so far. We did have a slight issue after installation where some windows were harder to open, but after a tech was sent out to do some adjustments everything has been great since. Everyone we talked to was knowledgeable, and the product is high quality.

Luke came out and gave us a wonderful presentation and thoroughly explained about Mad City Windows and how and why we should choose them to replace our windows. We could not be happier with the service we received. The team got here right on time and had all of our windows replaced right when they estimated they would be done. They even reframed multiple windows with no extra charge! While they were working our garage door handle fell apart and my wife went and bought a new one and two of the workers volunteered to put it on for us. They went above and beyond and were professional and did a wonderful and thorough job. It changed the look of our house and took it from 1970 to 2020!

Had a new shower installed. We have a fairly large shower. Removed the tile, moved the built-in bench to the opposite wall, replaced all three shower heads. Elliott our installer was great! It was a big job and he got it done and I couldn't be happier!

We had a new shower & jetted tub installed in our home in January 2021 and we are VERY PLEASED! The salesman was very professional, genuine and thorough during his visit and made sure that both my husband and I understood the product, the company and the process. I appreciated the straight forward presentation, product options and pricing. We didn't have any questions go unanswered which made it an easy and stress free decision for us. The installation process was just as great! The installation team showed up looking professional, spoke professionally (especially in front of my children which earns huge respect with me) and even laid a covering over our floors from the front door to the bathroom plus my vanity! Mad City removed my elderly parents bathtub and installed a very nice handicap accessible walk in shower. The sales guy was very patient and listened to all the needs, he was not high pressure, and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase.

Install was quick clean and easy!

The salesman was very professional and covered all details with me. On the day of the scheduled install they arrived promptly but were unaware they were second floor windows and a third floor repair so he had to cancel. They were able to reschedule another crew the next day and they arrived promptly as well and got right to work. Each member of the team had a responsibility and they worked together perfectly. One of the window openings was not square so the installer had to work longer on that window to make sure it fil just right and slid open without binding. When they completed they did a great job cleaning up.

This was a great experience all around! I had a call for to set up an appointment within an hour of requesting information online, the salesperson was very professional, explaining the product options and answering my questions and the install went as planned. I will be setting up another appointment to install more windows soon!
