We had a walk in shower installed in December. I have been very pleased with the end result. The shower is durable, very easy to clean and looks great. That being said, I feel that overall the project was quite overpriced for the service we were given. I was highly disappointed with the lack of dust mitigation during installation and the mess that was left behind after.

This is the second time we have called on Mad City to install a new shower. Our second experience was a good as the first. The service was prompt, courteous, and skilled. We did need to call for service the second day and that employee fixed the problem right away.

Within a week I had someone come over for an appointment to demo the windows and give backstory; placed an order that day and within a month I had 5 new windows installed. Very easy and painless and the windows seem well worth the price

In March 2025 I had my kitchen cabinets redone. It was just one person doing all the work, which is a lot! He did a fantastic job and even stayed late one night to make sure the work was done. My kitchen looks great now!

Mad city did a great job learning what we needed to get the safest shower. The salesman explained how long our order would take. Installer came every thing was done one day. Set time was 24 hours before use. Beautiful work .

Mad City was professional and on time in every regard. First, their salesman was honest and efficient in showing us that we needed a new stand-alone shower to replace our old cast iron tub and shower. They kept us informed of when installation could possibly take place and even scheduled us in earlier than projected. The installer called us before the installation was to take place and showed up on time. He expertly removed our old bathtub, the old wall tiles, and began laying out the shower floor on the first day. The following day, he installed the shower walls, shower head, and stainless steel hardware. This was all done in less than two days. Everything was cleaned up before he left the job. We are totally satisfied with the efficiency of the job and are completely satisfied with our new shower. We would highly recommend Mad City for a job well done from start to finish.
