Scott was very polite. He showed me everything before he started. Explained what he was going to do. Asked me several time to come and see the progress. I really appreciated it. When he was done it was gorgeous. He did a great job.

We had a kitchen installed. It was completed in 3 days the team that came out Jacob and Nate the West Chester team were extremely professional and made sure the job was completed on time!

We just had a full house window replacement done by Mad City Windows and Baths. The experience was seamless, to say the least. We are pleased with the quality and service, but we especially want to recognize Justin E. the supervisor of the window installation. He was amazing!! His willingness to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction, his skill with his crew and with the details of the installation was superb!! We highly recommend Mad City Windows, in a large part because of Justin E. and would recommend them to anyone!!

Everyone showed up on time and did excellent work. They had the old shower out and the new one in within 8 hours. Craftsmanship was top tier. Brandon and his buddy were friendly and polite. Would absolutely recommend 10/10

Mad City did an amazing job on my bathroom remodel. I received a new tub, wall, & chrome hardware. Mad City was very professional from start to finish. Nate was the installer & he did impeccable workmanship. I’m very pleased with my new project & would definitely recommend them.

Mad City did such a good job on our walk-in shower in October, we had them come out in January to do our hall tube & shower. Their products are infused with Microban which is resistant to mold, mildew & bacteria. That alone sells itself, but the workmanship of their employees is second to none. Zach came out again for this one and did a wonderful job. I couldn't be happier! Bobby worked with us to find the financing that would fit our needs. Thank you Mad City!

Everything was explained before the installation, and they proceeded as described. The work done was professional and the crews were neat during the job and the cleanup was above expected. No question was left unanswered. This was a professional job from sales through the completion of the job. Pleasant and personable people making the job go so much better.

Everyone with the company were professional and easy to work with. The installer was friendly, diligent and clean; working nonstop for 12 1/2 hours. The finished product looks excellent.

Larry did a great job installing our walk-in shower! He was very polite and answered all of our questions. He put drop cloths on our floors to protect them and cleaned up the mess after tearing out our old bathtub and after installing our shower. We are happy with our new walk-in shower?

They were amazing. Showed up when they said they would. They were friendly, professional and efficient. When they left the only way I knew they had been there was the new shower!! Everything was cleaned up as if they had never been there. The workmanship was perfect. I would highly recommend Mad City and use them again!!!!

Willing to think outside the box for my project

We used MadCity for a shower replacement. We did have a couple issues that took some time to get worked out with install but all good to go now. I will say Brian from Charlotte office totally went out of his way to make things right. He is the reason I give 5 stars. We have had to make additional service calls for which they have been very responsive. S.Blalock

This walk-in shower is gorgeous! Sam did an amazing job. I'm so impressed with his work. My floor was rotting under the shower and about 18 inches out on one side. He was able to cut out all the rot and replace the subfloor. He also saved my flooring. Sam cleaned the area very well. Sam was very accomodating with my schedule. The actual product is so solid and well made. I wish I had found Mad City 13 years ago. I highly recommend this company and this installer, Sam. is great.

From the beginning of the process--sales--to the completion of the project everything went smoothly. The service provided and the quality of shower were excellent. Lon was our installer. He arrived right at the beginning of the arrival window and was done by mid-afternoon. He did excellent work, along with the plumber who arrived midway through the project. Being offered a lifetime transferable warranty on the entire shower is a huge plus, especially because we are transferred often for work. I would highly recommend Mad City to anyone looking to upgrade their shower or tub.

Great competitive estimate, fast workers got the whole shower and window install knocked out in one day. Very conscientious, great job getting everything cleaned up.
