Description of Work: Set up inspection and cleaning of the chimney,on a rental property that we purchased, through Angie's list. Jake contacted us promptly and set up an appointment convenient to us. Arrived on time and completed the inspection and cleaning efficiently. during the inspection, found a cracked chimney tile and cracked crown. Replaced both the tile and crown at a later date. The work was professional and efficient. Jake was professional, courteous, friendly and very neat. Did the work at the agreed upon price - no surprises. Will use Jake's services in the future.

Description of Work: 2 men showed up to clean and inspect my chimney. It looked very clean when they finished and they said it all looked good, on the inside and on the roof. (I mentioned ahead of time that I had been told I needed some repair work done to flashing on the roof. Classic Chimneys said it looked fine to them.)
