We initially had All Comfort out to diagnose a problem we had with our air conditioning. We decided to sign up for their Comfort Club, despite the fact I was a bit skeptical of its benefits. Now, I can confidently say I am very glad we are a member. Because we don't have to pay a trip fee, I am much less hesitant to call for work that I need done around the house, and all of the technicians I have worked with- their electrician, HVAC specialist, and plumber, have all been excellent. The scheduling is usually really quick, the technicians are on time, and I have always been really pleased with their work. Most recently we had a kitchen faucet repaired, and our furnace inspected (included as part of the monthly fee).

The All Comfort Services is exceptional--from beginning to end. An expert visited my home to assess the space and heating needs, then explained the options available and the costs of each. I took two days to think about these options, then called with my decision. The installation was scheduled for the following week. The two technicians were prompt and highly professional--and they cleaned all work areas.

Punctual and professional as always. We liked the plumber who came to give us a free estimate - His advise was very useful and helped us identify solutions. The same plumber came to do the work when we were ready a few months later. We really threw a lot at him in one day and he did a great job. We had not planned on replacing the kitchen faucet but asked him about the leak while he was there - so ended up doing that too. They installed a furnace for us 4 years ago and are happy with that service also.

They were younger guys and not so serious about what they were doing, it seemed. They were goofing around a little bit. The work turned out fine.
