We had a pipe leaking in our basement under our half-bathroom toilet. Our professional, Ed, came and assessed it right away needing a new wax seal. He was done in 10 minutes and completely stopped the leak. He showed me their standardized pay scale, and replacing the wax seal cost $299. Doing some quick research online, that price is on the higher side. However, Ed did a great job of explaining everything and even answered a question able the flapper in the half-bathroom toilet. I have limited experience with other plumbers, but working with Ed and the necessity of fixing the pipe made paying a little extra worth it.

On time, stayed for hours, and did an excellent job. Highly recommend for your plumbing work.

Installation team was great. Very professional hard workers. Arrived on time and work was done in the time estimated, give or take a half hour or so.

I really liked the guy. They have high standards with customer service however he had to come back because of a gas leak. He said he had tested but when we turned on gas for firepit, house filled with gas. Had to air out for hours. Guy blamed it on landscaper who put the tube through the wall. In my eyes the Plumber was responsible to make sure that the gas line was safely hooked up so didn't like the finger pointing. He did beautiful piping job. Was going to have refer plumbed for water and asked with the revisit if he could do it then. The message didn't get through to him so he only arrived to do redo of gas line. I really do like him and realize that things happen. I would rehire.

Really, really expensive just for labor and that's all I needed them for. Install a shower trim kit $231.00 install a pop up sink drain $149.00 install a shower drain trap $223.00. I had all the parts and supplies all I wanted was to finish out the project. And then to charge a $99.00 trip charge too. I have other work but I will do it myself now to broke to hire anyone else. I guess that's what DIY part of learning is all about. The other work couldn't be done because it was to late in the day, even though I told them what I all wanted in the interview I was scheduled for the afternoon.

Katie and Amber in Customer Service were very friendly and helpful in scheduling a FREE safety inspection for my water heater. Katie called twice to let me know exactly when Eric Nowak the Tech would arrive, even emailed his photo! Eric was also very friendly and helpful - he dismantled the burner assembly, cleaned the thermocouple and soon had the water heater running again!

Everyone was knowledgeable, explained my heating and cooling system to me, and were courteous!!! Would recommend to anyone!

The office gal was pleasant and efficient. Jack was punctual, professional, competent and informative. He had my system up and running within a half-hour - making sure I understood what he was doing (and why) every step of the way.

Master Services kept us informed each step of the process. George and his crew showed up as promised and did an extremely thorough job. He explained repairs or upgrades that were needed plus an estimate of the cost. Amazing service!

George and Chris did a terrific job with our furnace and didn't even mind me asking questions as they worked. Terrific service and very professional.

We had Master Services install our new furnace , I could not believe what great service this company has given us. Jack was over on time and went into great detail about the old furnace and the new furnace before we ordered. Jared and Tim installed the furnace the next day and were outstanding, updating us as they were putting the furnace in. Jared and Tim covered our floor with long rugs and in the basement as well. It didn't take them long to have the new furnace installed and they cleaned the whole area up before they left. Jack called back after the furnace was installed and said he was coming back in a few days to check on the furnace. What company does that ! This company made us feel like family. Do yourself a favor and call Master Services first, you will not be sorry you did. A HUGE thank-you to Katie, Amber, Mary, Jack, Jared and Tim ! Got a great new primary HVAC heat pump and gas furnace backup. Very professional. They made some small mistakes but made up for it with excellent service.

George S. serviced my furnace today. He was very professional and performed tests to accurately diagnose my furnace problem and what was needed to repair it. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer questions. Highly recommend him.

This professional was done too quickly to perform a check my furnace. He lied to me about the my ability to purchase the parts needed to repair my furnace from a retail store, and said they cost couple hundred dollars. He told me only a licence contractor could buy these parts. He quoted me for two parts. $159 and $290, but when I checked online these parts were $14 and $22. He tried to mark up the price. I paid the $89 for a cleaning and check up of the furnace but nothing was replaced.

Came at specified time - the fix was the batteries were put in backwards - but they did let me know that I needed to fulfill the warranty but setting up a maintenance contract with them for service, best value ever!

on time ,cleaned up, fast work. I don't think they stopped for lunch{but I believe that they DiD}. Cleaned and ajusted air flow in vents,they did a awesome Job. Got it Done in about 7 Hours all went Well House Is Happy
