It was the very worst experience I have ever had with a company or human being that "OWN'S" said company, Todd. Basically accepted 750$,cash.Vanished for weeks at a time with excuses all time, trying to make me feel bad for wanting my refrigerator fixed, after 4+ weeks without, What Bullshit. He is a crook and scam artist. He takes advantage of people that want service quickly. If you call he happens to have a cancelation so he can come right over. You think "what great service, he came right over "Sets you up and before you know it you are paying for future work that will never happen!!!

AVOID THIS BUSINESS! We paid $350 upfront and 4 wks later Appliance Doctors did not complete the job. I called Todd W. on 1/28/25 about fixing our wash machine. He came the same day, looked at the unit, required we pre-pay $350 for the part. He deposited the check within 24 hours but did not follow up about when he would be returning to do the job. Several days pass and he did not reply to my several texts and phone messages. He does eventually show up, works on the washer for an hour & then says he accidently broke something & that he has to get another part. Several days pass with no follow up from him, no response to several texts & phone messages (see a pattern here?). Feb. 6 he shows up to our house, leaves without fixing it, texts me that he will "keep me informed in the next hour." 5 days pass with no word from him, no responses. Finally hear from him that he will stop in on Feb. 11. He never shows up. He has ghosted us since & won't refund our $350. Sound ethical?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My 1 year old washer stopped working, I made an appt online and it was accepted. He showed up an hour late to my Friday appt, but was in communication so i was not worried. He says its a simple fix, does one small thing and it seems to be working. I was about to pay him, until it started making noises again as he went to leave. Pulls the back apart and does some diagnostics says i need a new control board and said he could order the part. I paid him for the service call and the part. Said it would be here Tuesday but since it was Christmas eve lets plan for 8:30am the day after Christmas. I go into work late, 8;30 comes, 9:30 comes, 10:30 comes, i assume he forgot. I go to work. I text his PERSONAL number and the number on the site, no response. I call the number on the site, rings until it goes to voicemail. A WEEK goes by, i try reaching out again. ANOTHER WEEK goes by, i get a text on a Monday evening at 8:45 saying their phones have been down (for 2 week

Todd came to my house "diagnosed the issue" charge me $675.00 for a part and labor and DISAPPEARED!! It's been a MONTH and nothing has happened. He always says, "yes I'll be there to fix it, but NEVER shows up. I have ask for a REFUND, because at this point I don't want to have any business with them and he keeps telling me that he will process the refund and nothing has happened. I am very disappointed! DO NOT waist your time with them. They will STEAL YOUR MONEY! I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE POLICE!
