Shoe Repair
I have a classic Coach leather purse where the zipper was broken. They replaced the zipper. This wouldn't be an easy job as the purse opening is tight. The stitching isn't perfect, but it's good. The lady who took my purse said it would be ready in about a week, and she had it done on time.
I also had a leather dog leash where the stitching had come out. The lady at the shop fixed it on the spot for $5.
I gave them a B for professionalism because the shop is utter chaos. There are piles of items everywhere. But apparently there must be a method to the madness and they had my purse ready when I came to pick it up.
I would use them again for leather repair.
