Interior Design and Decorating
I wanted a beautiful window treatment for a window in my home that was an odd size, where I couldn't find anything that would fit. I decided to get a custom window treatment , and was willing to pay a good amount of money. I thought the more I spend the better I would get. Northwestern Drapery was the most expensive estimate and seemed very nice and knowledgeable so naturally I went with them.I received poor craftsmanship, cheap material, but the most disappointing part is that the window treatment doesn't even fit properly. I was promise 100% satisfaction guarantee, but check is cashed and Owner will not respond back to phone calls..Learn from my mistake. I would suggest going with a Drapery Company that a friend/family/angies list that have actually used in the past. High prices don't mean High Quality. I became a member so I can find someone to fix or redo window treatment!
