This is a great place if you are just drinking....huge variety of beers and great location across street from the lake. It is good place to eat if you don't mind waiting forever for your food and aren't starving. It is a horrible place to eat if you want your burgers PINK in the middle.

You have a choice of ordering your burger PINK INSIDE or NOT PINK on the paper menu that u fill out and submit. If I a going to spend $10-12 for my burger is it too much to ask that it is pink inside? I don't like my beef medium or well done and that is the way I have gotten my burgers 4 times out of 5,

The food is delicious; lobster bisque with a shot of sherry and garlic toast is wonderful and decently priced at $6.95. But even the soup takes forever to come out. They have a very tiny grill that can't cook too many burgers at once, so this is the reason burgers take forever.

Yesterday was the very last chance I decided to give them. We arrived right around 11 am and we were the second party to arrive. Quickly placed our order and I asked for soup to come out first. About twenty minutes later it arrived. I also mentioned to a server that I really hoped my burger was pink inside this time and she shrugged and said " you never know what you will get". I thought that attitude was flippant and rude.

All on all it is a nice place and I would give it five stars if they could could a burger consistently the way it is ordered and if the service was a bit faster. The quality of the beef they use is outstanding, and even when overlooked is still juicy.
