Overall went good. The sales person could use a little more training but the timing was great and the drivers were on Time and professional. Customer service really showed they cared and did what they could to help

We looked at several different stores, and we checked out Ashely about 3 times. Sometimes the sales people were helpful, other times they ignored us and weren't available. We finally decided on a beautiful set from Ashley. The lady in financing was excellent. We were extremely pleased with her. It finally came for our furniture to be delivered, and we received a phone call a couple of days before confirming our delivery date and a window between 2-6pm. The day of delivery, we received a call saying they would be late due to the weather, which we had no problem with. We waited and waited, finally going to bed around 9:30pm. The delivery truck pulled up at 11:30pm! We didn't take the delivery, that was just too late. Very unprofessional. We were also promised free delivery by our sales person, which didn't happen. I had to call to get that removed, especially since they showed up so late. We called the next day trying to set up a delivery time, and we were basically told that since we turned them away we would have to wait for a time when it was convenient for the driver. That was rediculous for him to think we would let him in at 11:30pm. When our furniture finally arrived 3 days later, there were knicks and scratches in the glass in the china cabinet. There was also an uneven leg on a table we got. For what we paid, we would think the quality would be alot better.
