I currently have two court ordered judgement against Ted Nolen, Total Home Cabinetry, AKA Total Home Services over the work done. I've used Ted in the past BUT when things got messed up is when the problems began.
While Ted was out doing an install his employees stained six of seven of my doors too dark. Ted attempt to fix the problem but the problem was compounded when his employees sanded through the finish on the doors. Ted wanted to deliver the doors as is and bill me for the work done wrong. I ended up having to take Ted Nolen, Total Home Cabinetry, AKA Total Home Services to small claims court where the court ruled in my favor. Seven months later and I'm still having to deal with this issue.
I would NOT recommend OR use Ted Nolen, Total Home Cabinetry, AKA Total Home Services again. Ted failed to stand behind his work and failed to take responsibility for the work his employees messed up.
